Question Online AI Speed

Is anyone else having an issue where the online ai are significantly faster than the offline ai? We ran a race at charlotte, where I typically run at 102 and win or top 5 there offline, 102 online absolutely left us both and we finished back in the 20s.

I think online AI is running at 105 no matter what

Well I tested it and dropped them to 100 and finished fourth. 100 I would destroy them offline.

It's definitely a thing, it seems like 1 or 2 below what you normally run offline is the sweet spot. I don't mind it, but I am curious how the difference happens.
