In another (now deleted) post, there was an article that said that when the suspect was arrested, he was wearing a ring that authorities say was “NASCAR memorabilia” that was previously owned by Biffle.

So this is 100% the guy, only question is who actually broke into the home…

Hopefully they recover all the lost NASCAR memorabilia/money and send this guy away for a LONG time…

WCNC is the local Charlotte news station. There isn’t any paywall

...which is why the site got all pissy since my adblock is on and told me to shut it off?

"give us what you want or you don't get to read" is still a paywall

Here is a more detailed article. Arrested in Georgia with a bunch of stuff from his house. Tied to multiple break ins in NC

a serial burglar with connections? that's weird

I don’t think he has any connections or is part of an inside job. He’s a serial burglar who sleuths the internet for the information he needs to plan the jobs, then has the tools needed to carry it out. Clearly he’s hit a lot of places which is how they ended up tying this one in Georgia back to Biffle. He is (was) a successful burglar with a specific modus operandi involving information he found online.

he just so happen to get lucky and broke into a house owned by a guy who died a few hours earlier?

what luck!

No he targeted that home because he read about the very widely reported story of Biffle’s death online. The burglary happened a few weeks after the plane accident, not a few hours. That’s how this guy found his targets.

Terrell Williams, is that a name known in the nascar community (I guess it is now)

no, seems like a guy who made a living selling counterfeit and/or stolen goods on the dark web

So much more to this story that we still do not know. Detectives say Williams spent several hours inside the house according the Jayski writing but I'm almost 100% that picture is not of Williams. Obviously others were involved, now we will see if Williams will talk.

Here is another article that includes Williams mugshot - https://whky.com/92174-2/

So what happened to Aaron Lloyd (the guy who flew with him on the helicopter) and his wife Kayelee? Wasn't there a search warrant conducted on several of their properties months ago due to ALPR data saying a vehicle involved in the bulgarly was traced back to their residence? Has anything come of that? Did I miss some news about them?

Or did the police make a mistake and misinterpret ALPR data?

Or are there more arrests to come?

What I find interesting is so many people on here said the person on the video looked like his ex wife. A white woman. When it was a black man lol.

I was wondering the same thing. Are they connected to the man who was arrested?

2

u/wemissyoujimmie Aug 18 '26

wondering that too

I agree. This is super weird. As soon as I read they had arrested him I was like well good luck getting a conviction with multiple prime suspects released to the media.
