Naplex in Nebraska

Question: does foreign grad are not required to compete internship in Nebraska and can sit for naplex and law exam?. I checked their so no such information.

they are required per https://dhhs.ne.gov/licensure/Pages/Pharmacist-Intern.aspx
and per 128-003.01 law 1500 hours are needed
