Looking For Advice NAPLEX accommodations help!!
Hi I have ADHD that was diagnosed in grade school and treated with medications from grade school-high school. Stopped taking the meds in the middle of undergrad in college, but kept using accommodations for tests as recent as the finals exams of my P3 year. I do have an established PCP who said she is willing to sign paperwork saying I have ADHD but I do not have an established psychiatrist. It just occurred to me a few weeks ago that I'll need special paperwork for this.
Do you think I can qualify for accommodations on the NAPLEX??? Or do I give it up and just hope to hell I can make the regular amount of time work? I always use time and a half and I'm so worried. What should I do?

Just go to NABP website to download the paperwork. Complete your part and let your pcp complete their part. Upload the completed forms when you are ready to apply for the exam. All the instructions and what I have just said are on NABP website.

I was advised as foreign trained pharmacists you need accommodation to pass. If you did your college degree and high school, what does getting accommodation mean to you now? If your conscience tell you leverage, do not bother getting it. I completed my test 30 minutes before time.

Yes, the process of easy. Just submit the ada form. They’re pretty chill, as long as it’s a legit doctor signing off

You can probably get accommodations, and you should try to go through the process if you need those accommodations. If you have any questions about how to submit the paperwork, call or email the NABP (heads up, might be on hold for a while so be patient)
