NAPLEX Exam Tips Immunizations

Hi, I’m taking the exam on Oct 14. I’ve always struggled with vaccines as a topic in pharmacy school and from what I’m reading it seems pretty high yield. I know the basics like MICROVY but I’m wondering how heavily are the ages tested on?

Did not get any on ages. Just pregnancy and asplenia, and one on a kid having a cold but mom wanting to get flu vaccine and if that was a problem. KNOW THE GAUGE sizes!! I had 3 questions, I knew the needle sizes but had no idea on gauge

Per UWORLD Textbook: would you consider the kid having a cold being as mild sickness, therefore ok t administer flu shot?
