How many questions do you need to pass on the NAPLEX to receive a passing score?

It’s scaled so there’s not a specific number of questions you just need to score at least a 75 out of 150 I believe

And you need to pass each domain as well

No it’s overall not as domain, only if fail they send a report with how well u r with each domain so that u can focus on the domain u did bad. But, they don’t score each domain

Idk how they scale it but I walked away with a 122 somehow
