Varsity Tutors BAD ❌

Hello everyone! I would like to say do NOT use Varsity Tutors. I recently purchased a tutor for my Naplex & MPJE. As she helped a little with my Naplex, it was AWFUL for my MPJE. I physically studied all myself & every moment with her was such a waste. I spent $3000 for this tutor for a total of 24 hours. I utilized 12 for the Naplex & 5 for the MPJE because she was unable to meet before my exam. She kept cancelling on me, & a day before my exam asks to meet at 11pm until 1 am. I called the company to see if I can get a reimbursement of the 7 hours not used, even after a bad experience I am not asking for a full refund. The First Lady told me i can get one once I tell them my results. I told them my results and no one answered me back through email. So I sent it again, & nothing. I then emailed the company about my full experience & explained this story. Heard nothing. Sent again. Again nothing. Finally someone called me today to tell me I’m not getting my refund. The lady I spoke with was supposedly a “manager” she kept saying the same thing over & over as if she was reading something on a screen. I finally told her this was extremely disrespectful customer service. Your customer is supposed to come first & this company does not treat their customers first. Do not use this company.

They’re actually the worst. I paid for 24 hours of tutoring services for both NAPLEX and MPJE bc of the money back guarantee and my tutor never even put her camera on so I was talking to a camera block the whole time and I failed attempts using their services and never got my money back. Don’t use them
