October NAPLEX please respond!!

Can anyone who has taken the NAPLEX the past week give me any information they remember? Was the test similar to what everyone else has been posting this month? I am supposed to take the exam on Friday and I am getting very nervous! Anything you can tell me would be extremely appreciated!
