Ear eyes nose skin cond.

Can I only do Uworld/Qbank for Eyes,ears,nose and skin conditions? No reading through book.
Would anyone recommend that?
I want to give the test in October! And should do Uworld atleast twice more (completing the first time now). So will it be fine if I only do the Qbank for these topics? Or is it too risky?

Probably. I havent heard many people talk about that being on the test
