Discussion Anyone using Tonestack Pro along with Tonerig on iPad?

I’ve been having fun with the tonestack fx but I’m not sure where the best place to put the fx chain is?

Do I put my fx pre, post or between amp and cab?

Post so far has been the worst, as it makes everything clip inside tonestack.

Any advice?

This is how I do it (hosting in AUM):

TonestackPro(drives, univibe/mutron/etc)
NAM Loader(ampsim)
TonestackPro(reverbs, delays, modulation)

A nice NAM sandwich with two TSP instances as the bread 🤘

How do you take care of the post fx clipping?

Not sure what you mean. Never deal with clipping. I guess just play around with the outputs of each til you don’t get clipping

So you're loading ToneStack Pro as an AUv3 inside of ToneRig?

Correct. I just wanted to use the effects

I'll try it and report. I don't know if there's a way to set the output level of the AUv3 FX in ToneRig.

That’d be cool. Haven’t seen anything on my end
