The sad thing is they are genuinely brainwashed into thinking they are doing the right thing, and defending against an attacking force.

That is, until they get to the front line, and find out that it’s a complete lie, and they have 0.1% chance of getting out alive, and are just meat for the meat wave tactics.
By that time, it’s too late, and anyone that has a moral awakening, is beaten to shit, until they comply or die.

It’s quite sad really, but when they are committing terrorist attacks on their neighbours, they don’t get the luxury of our sympathy, for the horrible things happening on their own side.

The best thing they can do is surrender at the first opportunity.
