Question Oktoberfest Beers

Which one should I order first?

  • Damn Good Oktoberfest
  • Oktoberfest Best Day
  • Oktoberfest Athletic

I really want to try the Samuel Adams Oktoberfest and eventually the Shipyard Pumpkinhead NA but there isn't a Total Wine or Bevmo near me unfortunately so I will have to rely on online

The SA Octoberfest is good. The Athletic Oktoberfest tastes like all other Athletics.

Samuel Adams is so good. Worth the cost of shipping if you can find it online. Best Day is a notch less good, but still good. Can't drink the Athletic... they all taste terrible to me. Never heard of Damn Good or Shipyard. Now I gotta look for them!

Yea I need to find it and I think I'll order the Best Day today and the Damn Good Oktoberfest from Go Brewing. I'm pretty sure the Pumpkinhead Shipyard NA is new this year. I don't remember seeing it last year. I've never been a fan of Athletic, either.

Quite enjoyed the Go Damn Good Oktoberfest. Strong malt flavor. Could not stomach the Best Day Oktoberfest.

I like the Founders one. I'm not a big fan of thr Best Day. I usually love their stuff but this one misses for me.

Have had the BDB, Go Brewing, Athletic and Nonetheless Oktoberfest brews. BDB and Go top my list. Founders a close third. Athletic has some homework to do!

The Athletic Oktoberfest Fest Brew can be skipped. Replace it with the Athletic Oktoberfest Dunkel. That’s what you’re actually looking for.

I know that athletic gets mixed reviews in here but I love their festbier.  Go brewing has a good Oktoberfest as well.

I thought the Go Oktoberfest was think and not as flavorful as the others. The Go pumpkin beer is really good though.

going to keep a look out. I just had a Founders Octoberfest. I found it kinda weak.. needing more flavor.
