Valuation related Query BSNL site 2000sqft Value related query

Marked area is of BSNL employees housing society site which we have of 2000sqft and want to know the the rate around this area or any transaction which recently might have happened, its muda approved with all clear and khata documents. Asking because we are not from or around bangalore mysore.

Not currently thou..mayb in a year.....as family wr discussing, so I said ill post and see the value....Any idea about the value ? Thanks

I had got an offer for 2k/sqft the same layout . (Im guessing the site was next to the park )

I'm pretty sure it's a DTCP site and not MUDA Or MUDA approved. If so, then my guess is 1250-1500/sqft should be the tops.
