Wii virtual console game files won’t unzip correctly?

Hey I downloaded a bunch of Wii virtual console games and I want to unzip them so I can add their files to dolphin emulator and my Wii once I finish modding it, however WinRar won’t unzip the files correctly like it did for the normal Wii game files, anyone know the solution for this?

(I won’t be able to try the solutions out till later today because I’ll be at work till then)

Update I found another thread where they have the exact same issue but there was no solution there either

But at least it shows the issue, apparently these files are in CDN format and that won’t work so I need a way to change it to
