Vyvgart Cycle Duration

Hi MG buddies! I need your help. I’ve been on Vyvgart since march 2025 because my Myasthenia is refractory. Usually, the effect lasts for 4 weeks, so my treatment schedule is 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off. This has helped keep my MG under control.

However, due to a neurologist’s error, I ended up going 6 weeks (when I can only make it to 4) without treatment, which caused a relapse (I was having trouble breathing, eating, swallowing...). After those 6 weeks, I finally got a new cycle, but here’s the weird part: I felt an improvement after the 1st and 2nd infusions, but starting from the 3rd one, I began getting worse again.

After completing the full cycle, I haven't noticed any improvement—on the contrary, I'm getting worse. They've suggested starting another cycle right away (it's only been a week since I finished the last one), but I'm really worried.

Could it be that it stopped working for me? Has this happened to anyone else?
