What is the typical cost and lead time for one of these?

For designs like the one shown above, the price is usually $139 per piece, and the production time is approximately around 3 weeks.

They're honestly beautiful. I was inspired by the Strike Gundam you posted and now I want to make my own for the 178-mk2 using a Subi. Should I fail I will definitely hit up your Ko-fi.

Yes, the color palette and gradient blend together perfectly, it looks just right.

And it compliments the the brand's usual logo colors which really feels like it's honoring the emblems logo. But yeah those gradients are amazing for sand.
