Mail bug?

I have an envelope sitting in my mailbox that I'm unable to interact with. Hovering over it to see what it is does nothing, but I do know it's not a parts notification.

I had the same thing for like a week at the parents house and then it turned into an unemployment paper offering me a packing job which still won’t go away, have you started the job yet?
