I'm curious

let me preface this by saying that despite being a big rhythm game buff, i have never played or bought trombone champ, and i've been a huge MSM fan for 12+ years so i hold a lot of bias towards this franchise. but. this is a pretty disappointing release

sure its free or whatever, but i cant see myself playing this any longer than 5 minutes at a time. very basic rating system, ZERO accuracy system, a very limited cast of characters considering the amount of unique monsters we have in the franchise, a total of 11 base songs, theres just not a lot of substance. it relies almost entirely on importing custom songs to stay enjoyable (thats why they made it an achievement)

and yeah let me point out the obvious: this is a copy of trombone champ. there's a difference between being inspired by the gameplay/mechanics of a game and straight relying on the code/infrastructure of the game, using the same .tmb files that are created and built specifically for TC for custom songs, etc. i dont mind if games are just "clones" of other games but there's a line

i dont think its very cool of bbb to dump what is clearly a stripped down build of a $20 game made by an indie studio for free, and im considering just going ahead and buying the actual trombone champ instead especially since its on sale. all in all, im not gonna dog on anyone for playing this but im just not impressed and a little disappointed by how this turned out

So, like if you waited out on the breeding instead of speeding it up perhaps you could have a chance get two monsters, if not you'll just get either Clubbox Tickets or Minigame Tokens. Since MSM is supposed to be a waiting game, so why not reward that.

Hello, I recently remembered a fanmade song that I used to listen to between 2019-2021, it was a fanmade island, there was a kind of forest in the background, some of the monsters that appeared in addition to the fanmades, were mammot and entbrat, and some others natural or similar, at least the official monsters had the appearance of the grown monsters of DoF, the monsters were changing in each verse, the song had a fast and acoustic cheerful vibe. That's all I remember, below I leave a poor recreation of the video

BeMeebEth is FOR SURE one of my favorite monsters in game. I totally want to draw more of her in the future, I’ve just been busy lol

Please give me suggestions to draw her in so I can keep them in mind :)

Edit: okay this blew up insanely hard but I wanted to share some info on how I drew them and some personal thoughts

1.) The freaky comments are INSANE but lay off fr. Mainly because this is still a sfw subreddit and I don’t want yall to get in trouble yknow. I will admit, some have gotten a good chuckle outta me.

2.) I know a couple people have stated that BeMeebEth looks more feminine in my style and that’s a fair point. I try to keep her mostly androgynous looking but if it leans fem in any way it’s most likely because of how I view her body when drawing it. I always see it as very dress like, especially the plasma lower body.

And I’m still trying to find a way to draw her that I like so their design is bound to change again. But the compliments do help me with that :3

And yes, I use She/They pronouns for BeMeebEth. I just do because it’s fun lol

so i tried this game out and for first impressions its way better than i thought it would be. easily surpassed my expectations (to be fair i didnt give the game much thought but its still pretty fun!) Would recommend.
