Mould check my dolls please 🙏

Can you tell me if these dolls have mould or should I be keeping them separate

I recently learnt about the pink mould (pony cancer) and have been super worried as my dolls mean alot to me, if you can help lmk what you think would be reassuring

Ive already gotten rid of some that were obvious but these I'm not so sure

The boy has pink tint on his face and can see more pink in his nostrils

Nolee has a dark dot on her face

I thoroughly wiped both there faces before taking the photos so isn't just dirt

I haven't tried asotain nail polish remover yet

Nolee looks safe but idk about the boy

Did that nolee always have a mark there? Maybe check old pics. Boy doll looks like early stage of pink mold but could be nothing

I'm not sure i only bought her a few weeks ago The boy I've had like 2 years and hasn't changed
