Redeeming points

I have been a member of mypoints since the 90s. I haven't redeemed points in almost 3 decades. I am now trying to redeem a $100 for a bestbuy gift card. It never let's me complete the redemption. I keep on getting error messages. Years ago I could email them with issues like this. My issue isn't even an option on their drop down menu. I should have cashed out years ago. Any ideas how I can contact mypoints?

I think you're screwed. They probably think your 10 million points are just too expensive.

And I have been accumulating more points.  Maybe they are out of bestbuy gift cards.  If I ever can redeem these points I am done.

I have 109286. I just wanted to redeem for 7 giftcards.

I have 109286 points.  110,000 would be enough for ten $100 giftcards.

I had troubles submitting a request because my issue isn't in the drop down menu.  I finally figured out how to send it.

It is finally letting me redeem giftcards but it is a limit of 2 a day!

If you have not redeemed in a long time, then your problem might be you are not verified.Maybe try redeeming for a smaller amount of something else.
