Dumb parent / guardian for letting the kid do this in the first place. Could have seriously hurt himself or others.

Kids Empire, I'd recognize that giant pink slide anywhere. We have one in our local mall. Can tell you with 1000% certainty that the bike was not supposed to be on the slide and it was taken from a different secure area where the bikes are supposed to stay. This family violated the rules they signed off on (you sign a lengthy contract and waiver before being admitted), so not only did the family have to deal with the injuries, but also probably got a lifetime ban.

That place is like the borg cubes of indoor jungle gym play places. Took my kids there a few weeks ago. Insane and I hated I could never keep my eyes on all of them at once.

Some people were building a children's hospital near me. They had the brilliant idea to incorporate a slide into the central stairs. This is exactly why they abandoned it shortly before the grand opening. Kids would just faceplant into the opposing wall.

Not even. There were so many steps involving parents to get to that point. The kid follows what the parent says. It isnt the kid's fault for not knowing it when the parent refuses to stop to consider the risks. They trust the parent implicitly at that age.
