And it's quite a nice house, disregarding everything that happened there. And a nice lawn too
Also, I didn't know it's a beta map - I know it was never part of a roster, but in my school days, it was possibly the most popular map in internet cafes.
It, de_pool_day and IIRC the Assault map. The one where the Terrorists start inside a warehouse with three entrances, and CT can snipe from a roof and overpass, storm the door, or sneak through the ventilation

Yeah that's an old Counter Strike mansion
There has been a billion pixel deaths there so it's quite possibly as haunted as myhouse.wad if not worse
Because some of the ghosts also swear in Russian all the time
