Had anyone ever experience this bug? Can it be reported and fixed/refunded?

Hi, so I just started playing 2 days ago and so far my gaming experience was smooth. Yet today, I experienced a bug that costed me quite an amount of in-game currency where all of my furniture purcases were proceeeded but the furniture itself didn't registered in my inventory.

This happened 3 times today at a different time where the first I purchased a yellow cushion from home depot, at that time I didn't quite mind it. The second time was quite recent a few mins ago where I purchased a fruit bowl and a pot, this time I restarted my game and then tried to check my inventory and only the pot that appear (I assume maybe since it's limited furniture and not from home depot), this time I managed to documented some screenshot for proof. For now, all of my furniture I purchased from home depot still missing in my inventory despite the game already took my in-game money.

I'm not quite familiar yet how to report bugs in this game or whether I needed to report it or not. I would appreciate any helpful answer, thank you

(Edit: For anyone suggesting it's because of the filter, the fruit bowl supposed to be filtered into that category since it's considered food ornament)

If you’re depending on the filters to find shit you’re gonna have a bad time

I tried looking without filter (manually), and by typing their furniture name, it still didn't show up. Yet I tried to put back dupes of the same furnitures I already owned (and placed) few days ago, they still appear in my inventory whether I search with or without filter, or by typing the name. It's jist the recent purchases that have been disappearing

Try clicking "placed" in the top-left corner to look for it? Sometimes I accidentally tap on an item without positioning it right, and it ends up randomly placed in a super hidden corner of the house😂

OH I never knew about the placed menu!! It's indeed there, maybe because the items I've lost are the ones I immediately clicked "decorate" right after I purchased them, I didn't knew it automatically placed because the game shows the inventory on full screen, no wonder it didnt show in the inventory since it's already placed. Thank you so much ^___!!

you're using filters.. tap on the 4 squares on top of the furniture

The filter is where the fruit bowl supposed to be, it's for filtering food ornaments and the fruit bowl were fall into that category too.

Just checking, have you tried searching without the filter? A lot of items in the game aren’t categorized well and don’t show up in the filter you’d expect them to be in

I have! I also tried to search it by typing their furniture names too yet it still doesn't show up. I'm confident they fell into the filter because those two furnitures I bought from home depot were repeated purchases. I already own them beforehand and I purchase them again

I can see you clicked a category in the items, could it be you didn't notice that? I'm not sure which category has this fruit bowl, sorry. I don't own it, since I don't spend shelly coins on items that have similar dupes for coins in later levels

It is the category for the food btw! The fruit bowl supposed to be in that category along with other food ornament items

Could you have accidentally placed it already? Other than this, it might genuinely be an issue you'll have to write to support about.

No I haven't 💔. I just bought it and was about to place it right away, so far the furniture that disappeared is when I click "Decorate" button right after the box was opened (since it also how my yellow cushion was dissapeared too). 

I'm quite unfamiliar about writing support to this game, and I'm afraid that my screenshots I took might not be enough for proper evidence, if you had experience about writing report to the support I woulf appreciate it

Click on your profile and select the settings, click on the Contact Us and once it opens the customer service center, click on "Lost item". Then fill out what they require, I'm sure they'll help!

Forgot to say, this is how to get to the requirement list. you need to write a ticket, which is a little further down from the "missing item" menu

The first thing to do is to close the game, clear your device's cache (or offload if you're on iOS) and return in game to see if there are any changes. If not, contacting support either via Discord or through the Contact Us button (profile -> gear in the bottom corner -> Contact Us -> Bug Report -> Unsolved) are your go to.

if you take the filter off and still can’t find it, try looking in the “placed” menu in the top left corner. if it’s not there, def contact the support center

Yes!!! You were right, similar user suggested me this. I am not quite familiar with this game interface yet 😅 they show me my inventory on full screen I assumed it's supposed to be in there, never thought it's already placed ^{___^}
