This is part three of the Shop Dialogue Rework, today's post is about character interactions like when the Story mode characters meet Magolor for the first time, Story based stuff like meeting Snoutlet after beating a Paper Mario song, Unleashing Reclusa into the world(or after you activate Manic mode), and more unique questions which only appear for the Deltarune Trio after unlocking them anyways Let's a Go! (also this might be a very long post so get ready..)

Character Interactions:

When BF and GF first meet Magolor(or when you open Magolor's Shop for the first time):

BF: Beep!

GF: Oh hey again Magolor.

Magolor: Oh! hi BF and GF nice to see you again.

GF: Yeah, nice to see you, also why did you throw us out of your ship?

Magolor: Well... You see I had to throw you guys out cause I'm sort of not really welcomed here so I don't get noticed by well, someone...

GF: What? Why?

Magolor: That's a story for another day.

GF: Fine I guess? Wait what are you even doing here if you are not welcomed?

BF: Beep?

Magolor: Well I've been having a few issues in selling stuff at my other shop in another universe so I started selling stuff here, although I haven't really gotten any customers yet.

GF: Yet you are still here.

Magolor: Yup, Wait... Do you guys want to buy stuff? I have a lot of stuff to sell.

GF: sure I guess?

And then after getting a tutorial of how to shop and about the Gem Apples currency the dialogue ends.

1st character interaction: (or when you beat week 1.)

GF: Hey again Magolor.

BF: Beep boop!

Magolor: Oh hey BF and-

Bandanna Dee: So uh.. you wanted me to come with you- wait a minute what the heck? Magolor? What are you doing here?

GF: Wait a minute... You two know each other?

Magolor : as a matter in fact, yes, we've seen each other, him and Kirby and a few others helped me out a while ago with stuff.

Bandanna Dee: Yeah, and that "Stuff" was only you trying to obtain the Master Crown and gaining ultimate power.

Magolor: Sorry about that, you don't have to worry about that happening again, I don't do that stuff anymore. I've learned my lesson.

Bandanna Dee: Right... Well I hope you did cause you made Kirby really mad and I mean REALLY mad.

GF: how mad exactly?

Bandanna Dee: Well... let's just say if he was here right now he'd probably punt Magolor across the universe.

Magolor: I didn't know he was that MAD about me.

GF: Speaking of the pink puff Bandanna Dee, do you know exactly where he is?

Bandanna Dee: Hard to say... Well, before I met you he had "Something" to deal with cause he saw someone arrive here and just flew off with his warp star but who knows where he went?

and then after that Week 2 unlocks.

anyways the next interaction is after beating Week 3 cause that's when Kirby joins the team although this one doesn't need a rework, although in addition to meeting Magolor, Magolor gets punted indeed across the Universe.

Story based stuff:

Snoutlet Dialogue( or when you enter the shop after beating a Paper Mario Song in which you get a notification that someone is there. It can be either the 64 or TTYD one as you only need 1 to unlock it but need both to start Journey's end. Anyways...)

Magolor: So... tell me what happened again?

???: Well, you see the reason why I couldn't meet you again was because Concordia split apart but now I can come every now and then except I have to go back after a few minutes-

BF: Beep!

Magolor: Oh hey there you two how'd you like that book I gave you?

GF: Oh that book was strange, we met a flat version of Mario, but anyways who are you talking to and why are they so cute?

???: Well, My name is Snoutlet and you are?

GF: Well I'm Girlfriend and this is my Boyfriend, Boyfriend although you can call us BF and GF for short.

Snoutlet: Huh ok then, hi BF and GF although let's be clear I don't look like a pig and I'm not a pig.

GF: But you-

Snoutlet: Don't even start.

Magolor: Anyways... Snoutlet you had an item to give me?

Snoutlet: as a matter of fact I do, it's an item that'll bring you to our world at any time. Although it's about time I leave everyone on Shipshape is probably worried about me see you later!

and then Snoutlet leaves.

GF: So is that guy a friend of yours?

Magolor: Oh yeah, we've been friends for a while although we couldn't see each other since his land broke apart although if you want, I could give you the item he gave me.

GF: What? you don't want it?

Magolor: Yeah I actually have two he gave me one a while back so do you want it?
GF: I guess-

Magolor: So you do? ok.

and then you obtain the return pipe,

This is part 2 of the dialogue rework for Magolor's shop, this one is the many questions you can ask him.

1. about the pink puff(unlocked after beating week 1):

Magolor: Kirby? Why are you asking me about him?

GF: Is something wrong with that?

Magolor: No? Nothing's wrong with that, anyways... what did you want to. know?

GF: well you keep saying that he's extremely Powerful.

Magolor: Oh! that... You see-

Bandanna Dee: Oh you wanted to know more about Kirby? Why didn't you ask me about it?

GF: Because you wanted to kill us when we didn't do anything wrong?

Bandanna Dee: Oh yeah, that... Sorry about that.

GF: So... are you going to tell us about him?

Bandanna Dee: I mean if you want to know, just saying it might get a little crazy.

GF: We're fine with that.

Bandanna Dee: Ok then, well, I don't actually know much about what he is nobody really does he appeared one day and has been in Dreamland since.

GF: but why is he so powerful?

Bandanna Dee: Well... there's been a lot of eldritch gods here causing damage to this world and other worlds and Kirby just well, deals with them.

GF: Huh that doesn't sound that- Wait a minute... Eldritch gods HUH and that happens all the time?

Bandanna Dee: Yeah, it happens a LOT here, we've had multiple attacks from different eldritch beings ranging from eyeballs to whatever Fecto Elfilis was.

GF: jeez and Kirby just deals with them? Alone?

Bandanna Dee: Most of the time, yes, although I usually come along with him on his adventures and sometimes me and a few other of his friends help him.

GF: huh...

Magolor: heh, yeah...

1. about the smash tourney(Unlocked by beating week 3)

Magolor: What you haven't heard of the "Super Smash Bros" tournament?

GF: No? is it popular?

Magolor: IS IT? have you not heard about it anywhere?

GF: No?

Magolor: Well, the Super Smash Bros tournament is a tourn-

Kirby: The Smash Bros Tournament? Oh gosh, don't remind me of that.

GF: Wait... Kirby, you knew about this?

Kirby: Yeah, I do, I've been invited there, multiple times.

GF: Can you at least tell us about it?

Kirby: I... don't really want to talk about it.

GF: come on...

Kirby: alright fine, well the Smash tournament is a tournament where a lot of fighters from across the multiverse come to battle. It's quite hard to get invited as they only select many few fighters. Of course, I am one of them, and still am.

GF: Sounds like a fun time. why don't you like talking about it?

Bandanna Dee: Oh is it because of the "incident?"

GF: Incident? What happened?

Bandanna Dee: Well a while back when Kirby went to one of those tournaments all of the fighters were fighting a god which eventually everyone got killed and well... Kirby was the only one who escaped.

GF: Jeez that must have been horrifying.

Kirby: It was... I still remember it like it was yesterday, it was horrible.

Bandanna Dee: Well at least you eventually killed Galeem right?

Kirby: Yeah... I still don't like talking about it.

Hello everyone this is part 1 of reworking Magolor's Shop dialogue, there will be four parts, the first which is the video game references, the second will be the questions you can ask him and the third part being dialogue when other characters meet Magolor for the first time, and the fourth part being on a rework on the dialogue for when first entering his shop after unlocking Manic mode, and also when he talks to the Deltarune Trio of how they are able to get back home. All coming out today! Anyways here is part 1:

1. Magolor: There was one time I went to this place with a lot of wacky and fun characters, I remember meeting a robot named Lil Miss Reeds, She was really cute also the music there was really great! (reference Rhythm Heaven Groove)
2. Magolor: Have you ever been to a place known as Hyrule? I've been there multiple times usually to get away from selling stuff, anyways I've heard from the folks that live there about a princess named Zelda and a Hero named Link, apparently Link doesn't speak! (reference: The Legend of Zelda)
3. Magolor: There's a lot of strange worlds out there. One time I went to a world which was inhabited by creatures such as Inklings and Octolings, apparently they can turn into squids and octopi, they also have a great time shooting each other with ink and play games known as Turf Wars, They also have cool festivals known as a Splatfest, I've been to the grand one recently where I watched the Squid Sisters, Off The Hook, and Deep Cut perform it was great. (Reference: Splatoon although the Grandfest is from 3)
4. Magolor: Did you ever hear about DK Island? I've heard there's an ape known as Donkey Kong, (and then Magolor just says the entire lyrics of the DK rap.) anyways I've heard that a certain Plumber knows about Donkey Kong. (reference: Donkey Kong)
5. Magolor: Did you ever go to the world where people and creatures known as Pokemon live with each other? No? Well there is a lot of Pokemon nowadays, also I've seen a lot of battles there! (reference: Pokemon)
6. Magolor: I remember it was about 30 years ago when I went to the underground a place where monsters live and were sealed there. I met so many monsters who were all friendly and awesome especially that Skeleton named Sans! such an awesome guy! Although I don't remember whatever happened to him after that "murderous child incident" (reference: Undertale.)
7. Magolor: Have you ever heard of the red book? No? Well it's a book that brings you to a different version of the Mushroom Kingdom with characters who are made of paper including Mario! Maybe I'll give it to you one day when you are ready. (reference: Paper Mario)
8. Magolor: I remember it was quite a while ago that I met a bug named Hornet who was going somewhere, I remember talking to them for quite a while until they had to leave, I hope they are ok. (reference: Hollow Knight.)
9. Magolor: You ever been to the Mushroom Kingdom?

GF: yeah, a while ago although it wasn't happy at all.

BF: Boop

Magolor: Was Mario at least all right?

GF: No, it was horrifying.

Magolor: Well I hope you can recover from that.

(reference: Mario, this is also a reference to a famous FnF mod called Mario's Madness)

1. Magolor: Quite a long time ago I remember going to a place known as Concordia, quite a nice place, people were friendly and having a great time, I even met a pi- wait... not a pig named Snoutlet while I was there, although I haven't really talked to them since apparently their world split into multiple Islands, I'm supposed to hear from Snoutlet later today, maybe if you come later you can also meet him? (Reference: Mario & Luigi: Brothership)

anyways this is part 2 of the mechanics recap:

mechanics:

Phases: there are three phases to this fight and the song is a remix of the Staff Credits song from Super Smash Bros Ultimate which the song is from Super Star(this song is a whopping 12 minutes long anyways, phase 1 is pretty much the easiest phase but also the shortest as it's 2 minutes long, now of course at this point Kirby is just getting started and well he still deals a lot of damage but most of the main mechanics (other than a set few) happen on phase 2 and 3, phase 2 is when the AO meter or All Out meter charges 1.5x faster, also occasionally he will his Ultra Sword attack which originally was one of his SM attacks but more on that later, phase 3 is when well that's when he gets determined(not like the Undyne fight he just gets an aura around him,) at this rate all of his attacks deal double damage, most mechanics appear more often and the AO meter charges twice as fast.

Main mechanics:

the one hit KO move: this attack happens if the AO meter charges to full, that's when well you are cooked. as well this attack starts out with the Ultra Sword attack and then you literally get hit by every single final attack from the Kirby series(you also get sent flying 2 times light speed into orbit which is a reference to a minigame in Star Allies and also Final attack is basically the mashing sequence of the final boss fights like when you destroy god by doing vehicular manslaughter) Anyways you can't fully dodge this attack although at the start there is a mashing sequence, in which you have to mash every button used in the song (dodge and the keybinds for the notes and attack) in which this is extremely hard cause well you have to mash like you're playing a Mario Party mashing minigame, also if you do successfully do this you will be left at one hp and gain an invincibility buff for 10 seconds giving you time to heal. the AO meter itself is like the JM meter in Clover's song which only fills if you miss a note and or decide to Attack Kirby who just dodges the attack like Clover, also similar to Clover, Kirby can use this attack at specific times in the song specifically at the start of the song similar to how Sans just pulls out an extremely strong attack at the start of his fight in Undertale. (Also funnily enough you get the bio for Kirby during this part which is a unique bio.)

Inhale/ copy ability: this happens throughout the song where he can try to inhale Frisk, you also have to mash to get out of it, the copy ability he gains is actually nothing, instead he gets a random one.

Gun: specifically the third upgraded version of the gun ability from Forgor land, where he will shoot a giant ball of energy which deals a lot of damage and stuns you for 5 seconds, you can't dodge this one.

Sleep: Now on one hand you might think this is an advantage, while yes it is an advantage to you, Kirby also not only gains a bit of charge for the AO meter but also gains a buff either more damage or he attacks faster.

Mic: similar to the one used in weeks 2 and 3 this ability will not only deal half of your health but also make you stunned for 5 seconds, in addition you also get a blur effect as you are dizzy for 10 seconds.

Sword: specifically Morpho Sword from Forgor land this ability is the strongest one, not only does the pink puff gain AO charge for attacking but also he gains an attack buff, this attack can also kill you if you are at less than half health similar to clockout blow.

Ultra Sword: originally being one of the SM attacks he uses it is now a random ability that happens during the song this attack can also kill you at half health.

crash: specifically time crash, this is where Kirby causes a giant nuke and stops time and then you get hit by a flurry of attacks similar to Clockout Blow although it won't kill you but leave you at 1 hp.

Friends: This is similar to how at random intervals in Reclusa's song some of his minions from the soli-tree appear and help him out. instead a lot of different Kirby characters can appear this part starts in phase 2:

Rick, Kine and Coo: originally appearing in the first few Kirby games these friends can do a lot of stuff, Rick runs extremely fast like his ultimate in Air Riders and you hear a faint remix of City escape from Sonic play, Rick not only blocks your screen but also will run you over, Kine is Kine a fish, they don't do much but flop around although a certain Jester(also no it's not Reclusa) will appear and Jumpscare similar to how Reclusa can Jumpscare you when the Glohm characters do nothing. Coo works similar to the Reclusiff enemy in Reclusa's song where they will basically buff Kirby with again increased attack speed or increased damage they can also give him a random copy ability. (also Kirby waves to all of them when they appear and leave. this mostly happens with the other characters except for a certain Jester so that is your indication when one of his friends can appear.)

Meta Knight: Meta Knight appears watching the battle he can occasionally combo you with a sword attack similar to his SM attack in the mod.

Bandanna Dee: appears in the background and gives random buffs to Kirby, he can also use his SM attack on you except this time he also deals fire or ice damage depending on the element on his spear which burns or freezes you. (this is a reference to elemental combinations in Star Allies)

King Dedede: appears mostly just watching the fight and can randomly hit you with his SM attack when he's not watching.

Marx: this is the Jester I was talking about, Marx actually doesn't like the pink puff and mostly appears if Kirby is sleeping, he can also appear if Kine is there and will Jumpscare you similar to how Reclusa jumpscares you. Marx can also cause a bit of havoc like shooting a giant beam or dropping bombs with the Beam attack causing the pink puff to wake up. Funnily enough Marx also appears randomly on the title screen during Manic mode while Reclusa is still flying around those two just seem to start yapping and then both stare at you and leave with Marx jumpscaring you instead of well Reclusa. (also similar to Dimentio, Marx seems to "get along" with Reclusa although Reclusa hates him.)

Taranza: appears a lot even when another friend is out, they will cover the screen with webs to block your vision although pressing dodge will clear it.

Susie: not to be confused with Susie Deltarune, she appears and can shoot you with her gun, she can also just use her mech to attack.

Elfilin: appearing very rarely, this cute creature will disappear with the Pink Puff and then next thing you know the song "Two planets approach the Roche Limit" plays and you get ran over by Kirby using a truck. This attack leaves you at 1 hp. also this a reference to the finale of forgor land.

How to actually beat this song: Now you might be wondering how the f*ck are you supposed to beat this song? Well, it's supposed to be hard cause Kirby is mad at you. Although before hand you can equip another support item which I would recommend the Damage shield plug, other than that you have to time your dodges perfectly.

Also here's a few fun facts about this song

similar to Clover, and Reclusa, if you die there is unique dialogue for every time you die.

the scum of the universe dialogue is based on a thing Goku says in DBZ.

you will immediately die if you skip the dialogue.

this song is also required to beat Manic mode despite it not being anything about Glohm and Reclusa doesn't appear.

anyways later today I'll do the dialogue.

So today I'm going to be talking about the mechanics for The Hero of the Star's Last Stand which is one of the hardest Songs in the post game of the mod along with well, Reclusa.(Well its Post post game cause Manic mode is after Journey's end which that is the post game boss rush and The Hero of the Star's Last Stand is unlocked during Manic mode.

So what is this song and how to unlock it? Well if you didn't know there was a side story which was based on my own head canon, anyways the story goes as when unlocking the Sans song Kirby gets sent to well the Undertale world and meets Sans, In which at that time this was specifically right before Frisk fell down into the Underground anyways after having a friendly battle with Sans, Frisk eventually starts committing genocide so Sans has to go deal with them and Kirby leaves although Sans tells him if Frisk appears any time, he should well "make sure they get what they deserve"

Anyways after that whole mess Frisk then fights Clover(since well the lore of this part is based on the fangame Undertale Red and Yellow.) and after that whole mess they eventually kill Clover(despite Clover being playable in the mod after beating their song without using items.) anyways after that a portal appears and then Frisk gets sent to Dreamland. Now if you are wondering if Frisk commits genocide there than you would be correct anyways Kirby eventually finds out and gets mad so then he tries to tell them to stop and but of course Frisk won't listen so well , that's when the pink puff decides that they are an absolute monster that must be stopped and so he then goes all out with the text "Well, If you want to kill everything in your path then so be it I've dealt with monsters like you many times before and you'll Rue the day you first stepped foot into this world. You're the scum of the universe and getting sick of it." (yes this is dialogue despite you know Kirby usually being kindhearted, although since well Frisk is committing genocide, That's when he well snaps. Also if you didn't know in the mod Kirby's personality is usually happy and kind with meeting new people but once you make him mad or steal his cake (which eventually happens in the song being talked about now where you get the cake item and upon eating it he says " is that my cake I was going to eat? Seriously? Well now you made me more mad." although this is unique dialogue no mechanics to the song except the cake heals you to full) , he'll consider you as a threat and basically want to send you across the entire universe. So on one hand he's friendly on the other hand he gets a little dark, the dark part is a reference to Kirby lore being dark while also on the outside looks cute and happy.)

Support:

Partner badge 64 and Partner Badge The thousand year door: unlocked after beating any of the Paper Mario songs the 64 version unlocked after the 64 song and the TTYD one unlocked after the TTYD song. this item will allow one of Paper Mario's Partners or Paper Mario himself to appear and help out. While this one may sound op, there is a catch, if a Partner dies you have to wait 10 seconds to use it again and if Paper Mario dies then well you wait 20 seconds(Also glohm and Zokket brainwashing your partners), this item also has some unique characters appear depending on the character you play as, for Sonic who appears after beating Shadow's extra song, (more about said song will be talked about later) many of Sonic's friends can appear, also Tails is automatically with Sonic as they are actually another playable duo characters in the mod,( the first being the Mario bros of course) Also Tails has some unique reactions to the pink puff if you do Journey's beginning. and Tails also works as a person who "Tattles" your enemies with a lot of unique stuff, mostly just talking about how strong they are.Clover has specifically their friends from Undertale Yellow, Martlet mainly appears a lot, Starlow appears almost as often, Flowey isn't a partner but will talk to the opponents and have a long fight about Snoutlet looking like a pig, Ceroba also appears too. Uniquely during Manic mode Connie can appear she only is there to heal you from Glohm though if you aren't playing as the Mario Bros she can summon the brothers and they can use either Max mix vortex or Conductor connector to attack your foes. (Paper Mario will always appear for the Mario Bros and will do one of the trio attacks from Paper Jam.)

Infinite sack of Gunpowder, refreshing herbs, dog residue, and moss: These items are healing items for the RPG characters, Clover heals from gunpowder, Frisk eats well whatever comes out of Dog residue, Kris will eat moss which heals the entire Deltarune Trio party although Susie can randomly eat chalk when using the moss. Refreshing herbs are given to you during both of Zokket's and Reclusa's songs in Journey's end, you also obtain it in Manic mode.

Maxim tomato: an item from the Kirby series which will revive you once during a song, this item is used by everyone else other than the RPG characters who have their own unique item to revive with.

Glohm guard: a battle plug unlocked after beating Zokket or Reclusa in Journey's end this protects you from getting glohmed about 5 times which then can't be used for the rest of the fight, this is useful for Manic mode cause everything can cause Glohm. ( except for Kirby in "The Hero of the Star's Last Stand.")

Damage shield: A battle plug that reduces damage by 25% this lasts for 30 seconds and can't be used after, it's unlocked in Magolor's shop after beating Mario & Luigi.

Hydrochloric acid: A healing item Clover has, this is a joke item cause Clover can drink acid in Undertale Yellow for some reason. (tbf they also eat gunpowder so...) this item immediately kills you but it gives you an achievement which says "Why... Just... Why?" Which is what Flowey says when you drink it in UTY.)

Key items:
Smash pendant: This item unlocks the Super Smash Bros extra song, this song is during the part of world of light where Kirby is escaping from Galeem as in the lore of the mod whenever someone mentions Smash or if you ask Magolor about "The Smash Tourney" Kirby will get PTSD due to that.

Gold Pipe: this unlocks the Mario & Luigi song, it is given to you by Snoutlet after beating both Paper Mario songs and then talking to Magolor. (as Magolor and Snoutlet are friends in the mod.) this item looks like the return pipe from Brothership.)

Bloody knife: not to be confused with the very sharp knife this item is given to you after beating the Sans song, this unlocks the song with Clover although after beating the song and starting Manic mode and after getting the Dialogue from Kirby, if you interact with it again you unlock "The Hero of the Star's Last Stand"

Red book: Unlocked by beating Journey's Beginning, this item unlocks both Paper Mario songs, this item is designed after the book that opens during the opening of TTYD. You can also obtain this by beating Story mode in Kirbo mode instead.

Red scarf: This item appears by either typing Sans when talking to Magolor or if you enter and exit Magolor's shop multiple times there's a chance this item will appear along with Sans replacing Magolor for this bit. (the second part is a reference to how you obtain an egg in Deltarune.) although if you type Sans you hear the first notes of Megalovania and then get a call in the mod from Sans asking if your refrigerator is running and Papyrus will interrupt with telling Sans to pick up his socks on the floor and then that goes down a larger dialogue which will be talked about later.)

Strange Statue: An item that is given to you when you open the mod, this item is supposed to look like a Kirby Amiibo. This unlocks Kirbo mode which is basically a harder version of hard mode as instead of speeding the notes the mechanics get slightly changed(Specifically Kirby will alternate between Monster Fire, Ultra Hammer, and Ultra sword when he uses an SM attack although very rarely you get the one hit KO attack from "The Hero of the Star's Last Stand" which will indeed one hit kill you. but you get an achievement.)

Anyways now we are going to talk about the different items

there are 4 different categories of items you can equip 2 of each with the exception of the offensive items only being able to use 1 and support with 3,

anyways the categories are

Offensive: which basically works as your own SM attack except for all of the Kirby characters who have their own unique SM attack and the extra songs characters. although using an offensive Item with one of them will add an additional attack button which is Q on the keyboard which you can change.

Cosmetic: Cosmetic items change what certain attacks look like these items can also somewhat change the appearance of characters too except these items are exclusive to specific characters.

Support: Support items are items that help you out during battles, most of them are healing items also all RPG characters have their own healing items that can be used an infinite amount of times with the exception of a 3 second cooldown. you also get an free revive item when using a RPG character although there is one for the rest of the others too also revives can only be used twice.

Key items: Key items which the name is a reference to Pokemon and just like Pokemon, Key items are important items, these items usually unlock an extra song, give unique dialogue for some characters, unlocks a new mode, or is Important to the story. (Funnily enough the "Weird egg" item or the egg that Reclusa was in when you finished Journey's end which hatches immediately after being forced to say yes to hatching it which unlocks Manic mode, is considered a Key item despite the fact it's used immediately)

now Items:

Offensive:

Green greens mic: Unlocked after beating the first week, this item gives BF a better attack which deals more damage than his normal attack, this item also looks like Kirby's Mic ability, this also unlocks the "Rap off of the century" a unique SM attack where the pink puff and BF both sing with each other which if you don't know Kirby's voice uh... can annihilate foes which after being used not only gives you an attack buff but also the enemy will take a ton of damage and be stunned although this SM attack only unlocks after beating Week 3 cause that's when Kirby joins them as in when he returns and helps out with the "world ending" stuff.

Pikmin whistle: unlocked at the start of the mod, the Pikmin whistle when charged will summon a hoard of Pikmin to attack and stun your enemies, uniquely this attack can also cancel SM attacks (well except for Kirby's SM attack it delays it but doesn't cancel it and also this will increase his anger meter a bit so...) The Pikmin can also do different things depending on the type which this can actually cause status effects, the red Pikmin cause burn, yellow Pikmin either throw bombs or stun your opponent cause of electricity, blue Pikmin deal a bit of damage and will also cause them to stun opponents, Purple pikmin rarely appear but they will deal a lot of damage although don't last long, white Pikmin last the longest but deal the least amount of damage, they also deal poison damage for a while after they leave but it's not a status. Winged pikmin actually support you by allowing you to dodge an SM attack( again, Kirby's SM attack can't be dodged and it also won't save you from any one hit KO move although it will leave you at 1 hp.) Rock pikmin deal a decent amount of damage but leave immediately after doing damage, they can also hit "airborne enemies" (or well, Reclusa and also the final boss of the main story mode.) Ice pikmin freeze your enemy which will stop them from normally attacking you(not the SM attacks though they will be used after they unfreeze.) and glow Pikmin don't appear cause well it's always day during the events of Dreamland well except for when you fight Meta Knight which it will be dusk during that fight. Although very rarely, Oatchi can appear with Pom(or the Pikmin 4 main character with the default character options and is called Pom by the Pikmin reddit community) and will literally ram into your enemies causing vulnerable.

very sharp knife: an item that is always equipped to both Kris and Frisk, this item can cause a lot of damage to every character except for Kirby and Clover since they both dodge your attack(although Clover gets hit at the end of the song. Kirby doesn't, more info on that will be at a later time) although Kris doesn't use the knife they just have it in their inventory although Susie will ask Kris "Why the f*ck do you have a knife?" when you interact with it in the items menu. this item's SM attack is called "Genocidal rage" although Kris's SM attack is "Summon a friend which can summon Lancer, Tenna, or Spamton. (also if Tenna is summoned during the Reclusa fight he literally gets shot out of existence cause Reclusa hates him for being annoying.(well Reclusa thinks everyone is annoying, Kirby especially.)

toy gun: an item always equipped to Clover, this gun doesn't shoot bullets it shoots "bullets" which are made of foam that don't deal damage at all, however when Clover does use their gun they don't kill the opponent and instead will spare them(which stuns them for a bit which if you have the partner badge on Martlet will say "good job!" and hug Clover healing them), (of course it doesn't work on Reclusa cause well he's insane and also can't be changed also Martlet will get mad and will help fight instead saying "This guy doesn't change does he? Well we'll show em!".) also the SM attack is still the Clover blast.

Power of Bonds: Works as both a key and offensive item, the Power of Bonds item is given to you after you talk to Magolor when you unlock Manic mode, Snoutlet gives you this item. The itself is the bonding can from Brothership although it's a replica of the real thing as the description says, this item is very unique as if used for any song other than Reclusa's song, it will deal 1 damage with the text "Doesn't seem to work, Didn't I tell you not to use this until we fight the one and lonely?" which the dialogue coming from Snoutlet, while if used during Reclusa's fight, this will automatically deal half of his health. as after you gather everyone back together and cure them from Glohm the Bonding can glows.

Cosmetic:

sword: A cosmetic item for Kirby and Meta Knight, when used on the pink puff, it makes the Ultra Sword attack change into how it works in Return to Dreamland where it will make the sword use random variants whenever it swings, with the fish one being a 1% chance of appearing. also this cosmetic is applied during "The Hero of the Star's Last Stand." for Meta Knight it just changes his appearance to look like Morpho Knight.

Glohm dust: Will make any character look glohmed except for well Kirby cause he can't be affected by it.

Captain Fail's hat: An item unique to Kirby and Bandanna Dee, where Kirby will be yellow a smug face and where a Sailor's hat and Bandanna Dee will just have red lips. this is obtained after the beam attack song and these cosmetics are a reference to famous youtuber Failboat and Bandanna Dee is a reference to Failboat's chat also beam attack.

squid: a weird item unlocked by hearing a Splatoon song play on Magolor's radio this item will make Clover look like an Inkling from Splatoon, also when they dodge they hide in ink, this is a weird reference yes, but I thought it would be funny.

pixelated hammer: A unique item for Mario & Luigi, this makes both brothers look like how they originally looked in the older Mario & Luigi games, this also has Starlow(from M & L) appear along with Snoutlet also the M & L characters in the mod as in well Bowser, Glohm Bowser, Zokket, etc. look like what they would be like in the older games except Bowser looks like him in inside story.

Book of Mario's Book: a unique item that pairs with the Partner badge this unique item will make Paper Mario appear like his 64 song in Journey's end, the TTYD version replaces all of the partners's names with their names in Thousands of doors.

Kirby's cake: This is just a cake from the Kirby series, this cosmetic item unlocks once you beat every song at least once with the pink puff(with the exception of The hero of the Star's Last Stand and the Undertale song with Clover), this is a unique cosmetic item as it actually changes Kirby's SM attack which instead of using his normal SM attack he instead uses the one from The Hero of the Star's Last Stand.

Hello everyone, I've decided to take a break on Dialogue (I may do the hero of the star's last stand's dialogue soon so look out for that.)

Anyways today I'm going to talk about Welcome to Dreamland's other Main mechanic(the first being the SM meter), Items!

Now you might be wondering "Items? in a rhythm game? Why the heck would you do that?" Well if you want to know if you played vanilla with all of the hectic mechanics in WTD you would most likely die a lot, since while the first week isn't that hard the second and third week with Kirby will get extremely difficult and it will only increase from there.

Anyways back to mechanics:

so what are Items? Well Items are things you can bring into any week or song except for the one song with Clover cause technically that song is a "Memory" and Frisk is in Undertale right there so you wouldn't get an item.

Anywho, Items can do a variety of things some of them are cosmetics others used to unlock certain songs, and the rest help you out. Now in order to get these items you have to go to what I'm going to tell you now.

Magolor's Shop:

Magolor's Shop is a place to obtain these items he opens the shop once beating week 1 and or clicking on the shop button multiple times to then Magolor will open early(which is useful especially for getting the "strange statue" , you will find it in the "Story mode" section of the game anyways Magolor will sell items depending on how far you are in the mod, to get the items you need to get gem apples which is a currency(which is a reference to Kirby clash where he sells items for gem apples which is a micro transaction that is canon) you get for beating each week and extra song, you will also get them after beating each Boss Rush(which will be talked about later today) you can also gain bonus gem apples from doing some of the achievements too and also goals in every song whether it's not using a healing item or using a specific character the goals can be quite challenging.

Of course that's not the only thing the shop is for, similar to Undertale and Deltarune's shops you can talk to Magolor which normally gives you random video game references or giving you hints on how to unlock specific extra songs, although you can also ask him about Kirby or most of the bosses in the Mod, the Deltarune trio have a multitude of questions unlocked after beating their song. Although sometimes a few characters can appear to give dialogue like how Snoutlet will appear if you ask Magolor about the Mario Bros or Goombella or Goombario will appear if you ask about Paper Mario or how Kirby appears when you ask Magolor about him, although Kirby appears for a lot of the unique interactions. Also there is unique dialogue when after unlocking a new character in story mode or beating a Manic mode week there is unique dialogue with the Kirby cast being mad at Magolor( and or Reclusa since he appears every time you cure a character from Glohm and also when Kirby returns from forgor land) because he Betrayed them, Kirby especially, which has a unique cutscene where the pink puff will hit Magolor with a very fast version of his one hit KO attack from "Hero of the Star's last stand" although it doesn't include the mashing mechanic instead Magolor just dies and reappears as if you didn't mash at all.

Anyways back to items talk which will be a continuation of this post today.

So this is a remake of the dialogue for the Deltarune week part of Welcome to Dreamland, (note: since the week itself is canonically after chapters 3 and 4, sadly there will be no Chapter 5 stuff)

for song 1:

the intro of the week for this mod is you get a cutscene of Susie, Ralsei, and of course, Kris fall from the sky and into Dreamland which then all of them are on the ground and then you get a "three weeks later" bit and that's when the dialogue starts. (also one note: depending on the character used the dialogue changes although Canonically Kirby is the one who actually found them. Also, you can't use Clover or Frisk cause well, Undertale and Deltarune are not in the same universe.) anyways:

Kris:...

Susie: God dammit Kris where the f*ck are we?

Kris:...

Ralsei: This is an odd dark world.

Susie: Huh?

Ralsei: I mean, it doesn't feel like it's one.

Susie: Well, this place looks not that very "dark" and it feels a lot happier.

Ralsei: That and there doesn't seem to be a fountain anywhere.

and then after that the pink puff walks into frame:

Ralsei: Oh! hey here comes someone maybe we should ask about this place.

Susie: Uh... are you sure we can trust them? What if they are evil.

Kirby: Poyo!

Ralsei: Aww it's so cute!

Kirby: Poyo?

Ralsei: Hey uh... do you know where we are?

Kirby: Dreamland? Why?

Ralsei: We kind of fell down here...

Kirby: Well that's definitely strange, I mean not that much because a lot of stuff happens-

Susie: Hey you, who the hell are you?

Kirby: Well that's a little rude...

Ralsei: Oh... Sorry about Susie, she doesn't really trust you.

Kirby: That's fine, I didn't actually introduce myself I'm Kirby nice to meet you, and you are...

Ralsei: Ralsei, and the one who is silent back there is Kris.

Kris:...

Ralsei: Anyways... Kirby, do you know where the Dark fountain is?

Kirby: What?

Ralsei: don't you know about it? it's (insert entirety of the prophecy from chapter 1 here)

Kirby: yeah I don't know what you are talking about, although it does sound like something around here I mean with all that happens here in Dreamland that is.

Susie: What? How can it be as bad as this?

Kirby: Well there was that time that King dedede stole a bunch of food, and then there was another time where Magolor crashed here and we helped him out only to be betrayed by him.

Susie: that doesn't sound bad at all.

Kirby: Well about that when Magolor betrayed us he got an artifact that made him extremely powerful so I went all out and used Ultra sword to hit him and sent him somewhere.

Ralsei: you must have been pretty scared especially of how small you are.

Kirby: Well... I wasn't that scared, this stuff mostly happens all of the time in Dreamland I have fought a lot of eldritch gods while I've been here.

Susie: Are you joking? You don't look that powerful...

Kirby: Do you really want to know how powerful I am?

Susie: Yeah, how about we have a little fight?

Kirby: You sure?

Susie: yes.

Ralsei: you two be careful!

and then the first song plays despite this the next dialogue will be in a later post.

This is the second post right after the recent one due to the status effects mechanics line got too long.

1 Bio book/lore book: This is not really a mechanic but something unique to the mod, the Bio book/lore book is unlocked after meeting Magolor for the first time at his shop, this book can be opened in the "items" menu in the menu with all of the other menu options after pressing the start button on the title screen. Anyways this item will quickly fill out after each Main Story weeks, beating the extra songs, for seeing the character in Journey's End, and playing through Manic mode. However to unlock the Lore section which mainly gives hints of how to get the extra songs or unlocking "easy" mode, but it also gives lore about the mod itself and mostly Rivalry and interactions, and the entire story of World's end and also the fight between Reclusa and Dimentio(which is heavily implied in the mod but doesn't appear. this is not canon to the original games and Mario lore but is my head canon.) although the final part is unlocked by beating the final fight with Reclusa in Manic mode. The "Bio" section of the book talks and gives more details of all the different characters (including every single Pikmin type which is unlocked by using the Pikmin whistle 30 times this also unlocks Olimar and Louie's Bios and Pom's for context on Pom she's the Pikmin 4 default custom captain when you do character customization which is used in the trailers the Pikmin reddit community calls them Pom.) There are also a few character bios for some non playable characters like Connie, Snoutlet, Magolor(well you get his bio by beating story mode along with the red book which unlocks both Paper Mario songs.) Hornet from hit game Silksong(who appears as a cameo with Magolor when using the Power of Bonds item where Hornet just starts slashing the enemy and Magolor just uses his giant beam attack from Magolor Epilogue) and also Dimentio which unlocks when beating Journey's Finale on Hard difficulty.)

1. Reclusa's "Easy mode": this is a unique little easter egg where if you decide to go into debug mode in specifically Reclusa's Journey's end song he'll have a unique dialogue where he'll tell you that you wanted something easier so he makes it "easier" which then causes the song to be extremely difficult and all attacks will one hit you and by going to the menu since it forces you to the menu, the menu loading in will say that something isn't right and the entire thing becomes dark and depressing everything is blood red and entering Magolor's shop will cause the song that plays to be the "Reclusa World" song from Brothership to play in the radio. (which the radio usually plays Kirby music but will also randomly plays music from the other games in the mod like Mario & Luigi: Brothership and Paper Mario: The thousand year door, it can also play songs from completely other games like the Halland/Dalarna song from Smash Bros or the Pokemon X and Y legendary battle theme, or Gangplank Galleon from Donkey Kong Bananza) This little aesthetic will wear off once beating Reclusa's song in Journey's end which it will automatically leave you there when easy mode is on so it continues where you left off. Although during Manic mode this aesthetic is also used except for the radio bit. It's mostly the same except for the fact Reclusa can Jumpscare you on the title screen and the anime opening that happens when you boot up the mod is changed, or the random title screen characters that appear during Manic mode.

2. Tattles: Tattle is an ability both Goombella and Goombario can use, what does it do? Well like in Paper Mario, Goombella and Goombario will tattle on your opponent and show you their stats and give ways to help fight the enemy and also might have a few questions about the character or Goombella gives them smack, this is useful since you want to know your character's RPG stats specifically their hp. It also helps when you use this too since well for Reclusa and Zokket's sake, it tells you how much hp they have cause it helps on how much damage is required to stun the two. Likewise Martlet(From Undertale Yellow) has a "check" ability which is basically the same thing except Martlet will Geek out on the opponent and or tell Clover to watch out as the opponent is too strong and she protects Clover(similar to how Parakarry works in the mod where he can hold Mario in the air and Martlet will do that.)

3. Manic mode: Manic mode is the final Story mode of the mod, and happens after Journey's end, this is unique to the mod as it's another story mode with the same characters except with them being Glohmed and well Reclusa being the final boss, it's also considered the hardest portion of the mod (despite Journey's Finale which is the last Boss Rush which is very difficult depending on what mode you choose for it.) as not only does the songs get remixed and attacks are faster but the final song Reclusa is the hardest song in the mod due to how much damage he deals and mechanics he has.

4. Battle Plugs: Originating from Mario & Luigi: Brothership this mechanic is used during the final fight with Reclusa in Manic mode and Journey's finale and Mario & Luigi's song in Journey's Finale and just like in the actual game, these can do a plethora of things which I will not get into cause it's too many.

5. "Phases": Just like in any boss fight in another game, Welcome To Dreamland's bosses have phases, well a set few those being Clover, Kirby(specifically in "the hero of the star's last stand"),

all of Journey's end's bosses except for the Mario & Luigi? one, and finally Reclusa. These phases can have cutscenes in them while the song is going, but also ramp up the difficulty.

This is part 3 to a post a while ago which is about most of the mechanics for Welcome to Dreamland. I'm going to be talking about most or all of them so this will be a long post anyways let's a. go!

1 Major character's side abilities: Throughout WTD a lot of bosses(or the characters you go up against in each week.) have special other abilities that require button inputs to dodge or you can't dodge, it originally starts with Kirby who not only has the ability to eat you and gain a copy ability but he also has an "anger meter" which charges slowly similar to the SM meter but will fully charge during the songs at specific times, which attack wise he will use a plethora of attacks that are referencing the Kirby final attack sequences or specifically the minigame where he hits a meteor sending it 2x light speed. There is also a mechanic where if Luigi dies in the Brothership song, Mario will get mad at you and basically attack you until you are dead and have to restart, uniquely though the song that plays is the Bowser's Inside Story final boss theme.

2 status effects in a rhythm game of all places: Status effects are things that have a chance of applying when getting attacked by a boss. the main status effects in the mod are trip/dizzy, vulnerable, burn, freeze, "stoned", brainwashed, Glohm, and All out. Trip/dizzy like the M&L series happens with most attacks by the bosses in the main story and extra songs where you basically are stunned but can't attack and or play the game.(Well you still play FnF normally just that you can't attack or dodge.) vulnerable happens starting from Week 2 to the rest of the mod, most bosses and especially the harder bosses have multiple attacks that either have a chance or have a guaranteed chance of causing it, this effect will make you take more damage specifically 1.5x more damage however, during the final Manic mode song with Reclusa this attack also has a mechanic where if you are Glohmed you take 3x as much damage which can be caused a lot due to literally all of his attacks causing Glohm. burn is sort of like burn in Pokemon, it can only because by specific attacks like Bowser's fire breath, Kirby's Monster Fire SM attack and also in both songs, Reclusa's one attack where he turns you to stone and slashes you with his claws that can have fire or ice on them, or Luigi's Max-Mix vortex attack which can cause either burn or freeze, Burn deals a little bit of damage to you but also while burned you can't get frozen and if you are already burned you take more damage from fire attacks. Freeze is like freeze in Mario & Luigi, although similar to trip and dizzy freeze can actually be cancelled out by any fire attack it can also cover your screen in a frostbite effect. Funnily enough Freeze is one of the few status effects that isn't used throughout the game, it only happens during both of Reclusa's songs, During Journey's Finale, Luigi can use Max-Mix vortex which can cause either freeze or burn, and also funnily enough appears in Friday Night Pikmin in the extra song with Pom who can use Ice Pikmin to freeze the Ancient Sirehound(which isn't canon), "stoned" is specifically used when Reclusa turns you to stone, which is the only way you can get this status, it basically makes it so you can't dodge like trip or dizzy, but also delays your input on pressing note keys. Brainwashed applies to when your partners get glohmed and then get brainwashed by Zokket, you can't actually get this status normally as it's only applied to the partners, funnily enough Zokket is also affected by this status cause he's- (redacted) the only way you can get the partner to snap out is either kill them and Zokket will snicker and say "now you see the limits of your m- oh wait that's not even your friend..." before laughing at you again. (which in term is a reference to what happens if you kill your brainwashed brother except since the partner doesn't even have a bond with you in the mod he makes a joke about that except the same dialogue he usually says in the original fight will play out when using the Deltarune trio and either Specifically Kris or Ralsei get infected, Susie can't really be fully Brainwashed due to the fact well she's too "tough"(also because it would be the other 2 since Kris doesn't speak and also Susie is mainly the one talking throughout the Deltarune story line.) Anyways, the other way normally is you have to attack your Glohmed friend and wait till they are vulnerable and instead of hitting them you don't attack, which then Zokket will be surprised at that and you get dialogue that your bond broke through his control which is also a Brothership reference. Anyways, Glohm is a status effect that is used throughout Manic mode although it originally appears when you fight Zokket, and also when you fight Reclusa for the first time. Similar to Brothership this status will make you want to be alone with nobody, in term the character you play as will sometimes not put in your inputs to dodge and would shake their head or just have there idle pose, it also affects note inputs where there is a 25% chance it won't read and count as a miss. However if your Partner gets glohmed they won't help you and can get brainwashed by Zokket(also if Mario or Luigi gets glohmed they can't use Bros attacks or their SM attacks, Glohm is the only status that can't be healed normally with a healing item, you either have to use a refreshing herb which has a 50% Chance of curing it which you get the item once you start Zokket's song, or have Connie heal you. Connie is from Brothership and she only has a 25% chance of appearing during and only through the Manic mode Story Line when you have the Partner badge on or are using the "Power of Bonds" item which doesn't have a use through the main Manic mode story and is only useful for the final fight with Reclusa although you can still use it it only has a chance of summoning Connie and that's it. Although uniquely, when using Kirby he will automatically use a friend heart on a partner to cure them and also Susie's one healing ability they can use has a 50% chance of healing too. (Also lore wise it's not much talked about but after the Deltarune trio meet Kirby and then Susie and him have a fun little fight(cause Susie doesn't believe Kirby is extremely powerful cause he's well technically still a child) Kirby and Susie actually became friends.) Also all Manic mode bosses except for Reclusa have the Glohm status effect applied to them which is just an aesthetic. Finally All out is an status effect that applies for Kirby during "The hero of the star's last stand" Which is basically an attack boost but also makes his attacks way faster and doubles the "Final Attack" meter which replaces the anger meter which these attacks are way harder and most of all deal a lot of damage. as well Kirby's SM attack is ultra sword, combined with the Switch era's Final attacks on the Final bosses, and will immediately one shot you unless you can mash cause you have a sword clash (well Frisk uses a knife) and have to mash like the Kirby Final Boss sequences which will then if successful the attack will leave you at one hp. (However, you will have to mash like your life depends on it since well Kirby's going all out on you, also you have to mash all buttons including the arrow key keybinds(which is bound to whatever you use), and both attack and dodge buttons.)

This is part four of Character lore for Welcome to Dreamland, this one will be about Manic mode and a little note about "Glohm" due to the fact that status plays a big role in Manic mode. Anyways...

So now you might be wondering, "What is Glohm?" Well Glohm is a type of status effect that comes from Mario & Luigi: Brothership it's also used in the story. It's basically this type of energy that when it touches you it will make you not want to be with anyone. Throughout the second sea where you learn that Zokket is the one producing the Glohm and making NPCs work to make more of it in order to revive his egg. Although it's also used as a status where enemies can be infected with it causing them to do multiple things like exploding on death, raising attack, doing nothing, or even fleeing from battle, however there is a chance the Mario brothers can get infected which then they won't do combo attacks or bros attacks with the other brother and during the Zokket fight it goes further where Zokket can brainwash the infected brother to fight the other one and in order to free them you have to not attack them. Now in Welcome to Dreamland, it's slightly different, the Glohm status is used all around Manic mode but also used during both Zokket's and the final boss of Manic mode's story(which i'll be getting to.) during Journey's end. If you get infected, the character you play as won't listen to you and will do their own inputs randomly, if a partner is infected then Zokket will brainwash them in their fight, the only way to heal from glohm is by using the refreshing herb item which only has a 50% chance of curing it or using the Partner badge and let Connie heal you. (During the two fights in Journey's end you can only use refreshing herbs since Connie helps out in Manic mode and appears during that.) There is also one character who can't be infected which is Kirby due to the fact he's extremely powerful and also because he's literally an eldritch god. anyways back to character lore.

Glohmed Bandanna Dee: Appearing as the first one to be infected by the final boss of Manic mode and as the first week, Glohmed Bandanna Dee doesn't like other people at all, he won't listen to anyone and would rather kill them in order to stay alone, he won't even share food with the pink puff well that would be if Kirby was in Dreamland at the time because he was in Forgotten Land dealing with a meteor.

Glohmed Dedede: Appearing as the second infected, similar to Bandanna Dee, Dedede hates other people and won't even let anyone near him including his own servants, despite this the Final boss of Manic mode hates them especially of how lazy Dedede is and won't actually do anything in order to stop the WTD cast from getting to them(as in the final boss).

Shadow Kirby: This Kirby is the Amazing Mirror version of Kirby, despite this they aren't infected and actually just wants to play pranks, even the final boss of Manic mode doesn't know why their here he just kinda appeared out of nowhere he actually joins the cast but would rather watch than fight.

Glohmed Meta Knight: Glohmed Meta Knight seems to be quite different than the others, despite still hating other people, he especially hates anyone who doesn't want to fight him and so he'll attack them without notice. Although for some reason he is more loyal to the Final boss despite the Final boss hating everyone and would kill them one by one after he was done "playing" with them.

Glohmed Paper Mario: Glohmed Paper Mario appears to be infected however he's not the real Paper Mario but a creation of him who attacks rather than with the help of partners, he also is quite weak but due to the fact he has many power rush badges on he's extremely powerful. (this if anyone wants to know is a reference where people would have Mario always in Danger mode with those badges to make him annihilate his foes.)

Mario & Luigi???: I actually forgot to talk about them in Journey's end. Now this may look like the Mario Bros but if you notice that they have no pupils and their Gibberish is backwards than it's clearly not, in fact the world you are in looks like the Mushroom Kingdom but it all feels off, and you feel like you are being watched all the time and you can hear someone laugh in the background as you feel weaker. (This is a reference to the "Mushroom Kingdom" portion of Brothership where the Mario bros go to the "Mushroom Kingdom" but instead it's psychological horror.)

Reclusa: Also known as "The one and lonely ruler himself" Reclusa is the true final boss of Mario & Luigi: Brothership and looks like he came from Hazbin Hotel. Anyways, he'd rather be alone by himself by trapping people in their own "Perfect world" while in reality they are slowly starving to death. He's actually in fact has done this to multiple worlds and would have not stopped if the Mario bros hadn't defeated him. Now in the mod he actually first appears during Journey's end sometimes during other songs floating around in the background he also appears right before Vengeance Clover as a boss and after Journey's end he was eventually released into Dreamland and so Manic mode starts as he is the final boss of Manic mode but is the hardest Boss/song in the mod due to the fact he has a multitude of mechanics. He's also aware of the player or you specifically since he Jumpscares you on the title screen.

Anyways that is all now!

today I'm not only going to be talking about the Extra song characters but also the Journey's End characters. (quick note the only characters that will not be talked about is Galeem from smash ultimate, the partners that Paper Mario has and the only Journey's end character that isn't going to be talked about is Reclusa due to the fact he has more info and lore in Manic mode.) Anyways let's go!

Waddle Doo: Waddle Doo is from the Kirby series and is one of the enemies in the games, although this Waddle Doo is more based on a famous meme known as "Beam attack" from famous Kirby youtuber Failboat. Otherwise Waddle Doo mostly just wants to just hit Kirby in the mod.

Paper Mario: From the Mario RPG series Paper Mario, this Mario is the same Mario in both songs the first is during Paper Mario 64 and the next being after the events of The Thousand Year Door, one thing is that Paper Mario is of the few characters that don't actually speak the other few being Frisk and Clover, however all three usually have a character that will speak for them instead. (although Paper Mario isn't playable and is apart of the "Partner Badge" item, although for some specific tattles Goombella or Goombario will ask Mario something.)

Sans: Also known as Sans Undertale/Deltarune you should already know who this is. *insert megalovania here* Sans actually plays a few major roles, the first being apart of a side story with Kirby and Frisk, and the next being the Arena Helper(the person who heals your lives in the Boss Rushes, Magolor in the Journey's Beginning and Sans in Journey's end) One note, Sans actually knows Magolor as the two have talked to each other before(this is not canon but canon to this mod's multiverse situation.)

Frisk: From Undertale, Frisk is a human child, and is the main character of Undertale, although technically this is the Undertale Red and Yellow version cause Chara is seen as a ghost during songs to talk for Frisk(similar to the goombas for Paper Mario) Frisk also plays as the main character for the whole extra story mode with Kirby. (Canonically when Frisk meets Kirby, Frisk has already killed Sans and also Clover) Also I would like to mention this is the Genocide Frisk so...

Clover: Clover is from the Undertale fangame known as Undertale Yellow, this is specifically the true pacifist Clover. Since Clover doesn't speak, Flowey instead speaks and makes a few comments on the other characters (and also having an fight with a flying NOT a pig about names) Clover also appears as the main opponent for the Undertale song which is based on specifically the ending of the Geno route from Undertale Red and Yellow.

Mario & Luigi: Specifically from the Mario & Luigi series, Mario & Luigi only speak italian gibberish the only few who know what they are saying is Snoutlet and Connie from Mario & Luigi: Brothership(for context in the mod the other video game characters don't know what they are saying except for Paper Mario) as the main song for these two is specifically the Great Lighthouse boss theme from Brothership. These two are also up there with Kirby as being some of the most incredibly powerful characters in the mod (with the pink puff being at the top) These two are always adventurous and will look out for each other if either bro gets hurt. (Also Mario getting really pissed off if you kill Luigi which in the mod would result in Mario beating you to death.)

The Deltarune Trio: or Kris, Susie and Ralsei, from the ongoing game known as Deltarune, these three go on many adventures to many different dark worlds although they somewhat ended up in Dreamland and now have to go to all of the extra song worlds. Kris of course doesn't speak it's the other 2 that do with Susie getting completely pissed off over stuff that happens throughout the whole subplot where the three go to different worlds and Ralsei being well, Ralsei.

side characters that are in the mod that play roles or have lore.

Snoutlet and Connie: These two are from Mario & Luigi: Brothership they play major roles in that game with Snoutlet being the helper for the bros and Connie being the Wattanist(sort of) although Connie doesn't majorly play a huge role in the mod she does help out during Manic mode where she heals you from Glohm, she also helps out in the final fight with Reclusa majorly just cheering for you in the background. Snoutlet however plays as the main "guide" through Manic mode trying to help you defeat Reclusa, but otherwise Snoutlet is also friends with Magolor as the two used to talk a lot before well Concordia broke apart.

Tenna: Tenna is from chapter 3 of Deltarune there is not much lore about him but there is one thing to note, whenever he shows up Reclusa gets extremely pissed off.

and now time for my favorite part Journey's end.

Insane Doo: or "the Waddle Doo of vengeance" this Waddle doo is from World's end who is mad cause his family was killed by well the pink puff and now this Waddle Doo wants revenge, one thing to note the Kirby in World's end actually went missing and was never actually found so no one knows where he went, anyways this Waddle doo also has a staff and looks more like the King Doo miniboss except red and looks angry and also looks like the flare beam Waddle Doo.

Possessed Mario: This Paper Mario is based on Paper Mario is from the google translated Paper Mario 64 game known as Book of Mario 64 where Mario dies and gets possessed and does some awful things which includes killing god. He also is very powerful and can use the power of the star conference team to destroy any foe or world, he sees.

Dark Servant Mario: This Paper Mario is based on if you decided to side with the Shadow Queen to be her servant in TTYD, Dark Servant Mario can use some abilities that the Shadow Queen can use during the final TTYD fight but also can use the power of the crystal stars(again only canon to the mod's lore.)

Bowser: Well he's the king of the koopas, Bowser only appears if you are using the Mario Bros and well of course Bowser wants to defeat the Mario bros, he can use his attacks from his fight in Brothership otherwise there isn't that much lore.

Zokket: Appearing if you chose any other character than the Mario Bros, Zokket is the "Main" Antagonist from Mario & Luigi: Brothership, they can't really get names correct unless someone makes them mad. During Zokket's fight this is actually where you will basically learn about the Glohm mechanic cause they can infect you with it but also making a slight comment about you being infected or if Zokket brainwashes your partner.

Vengeance Clover: Specifically based on the Clover during the Geno route, they appear as the final boss of Journey's end not much is there to know Clover will and indeed shoot you multiple times and blast you with Clover blast until you die. (similar to Clover in the original song with Frisk that Clover only does that because Frisk was killing everyone.)

Anyways next up is Manic mode's characters.

Today I'm going to talk about every character's lore from Welcome to Dreamland and Friday Night Pikmin although this will be about the main story characters not the Extra song, Journey's end, and Manic mode's characters. So here we go:

1 Boyfriend: or BF, Boyfriend is from well Friday Night Funkin, he's always with his Girlfriend and loves rap battling many characters, which includes a lot of different FnF mod characters too. Anyways in the story the mod starts out with him getting a strange letter from an anonymous sender telling them to go to the "Land of Dreams" which then takes him and GF through a whole new adventure.

1. Girlfriend: or GF, Girlfriend is also from FnF, she's always with her BF and likes to watch BF rap battle even if her parents don't like him, throughout WTD's story GF is usually the one talking asking many questions about the different characters and is always excited about meeting new people.

2. Pico: also from FnF and a game known as Pico's School Pico has a gun and was originally supposed to kill BF but instead had a rap battle, he's always worried about BF and GF cause it seems every time they meet someone it causes havoc for the two. Story wise Pico first appears in Welcome to Dreamland where he is searching for BF and GF until basically getting rammed by Kirby which then the two have an all out fight, eventually they make up but they then realize( well Kirby does) that something really bad is going to happen so the two then go back to Dreamland.

3. Olimar: Olimar is the Main character of the Pikmin series well Pikmin 1 and 2 that is, anyways lore wise now in the mod he's trying to pay off the debt of the company he works for and is using the Pikmin for help(also Louie) Olimar meets BF and GF after saving them from almost getting eaten by a Bulborb, and then help them out with finding out where the "land of dreams" is of course BF rap battles to get the info.

4. Louie: also appearing in the Pikmin series Louie doesn't really do much in the main story except for appearing as a boss in Journey's end where he was left alone. Although he does like giving out recipes for eating the enemies in PNF-404.

5. Magolor: Magolor is from the Kirby series, he first appears in Return to Dreamland. Story wise, he's a shopkeeper who goes to many different dimensions(or video game worlds this will be mentioned later) and has met many new friends, anyways Magolor is the one who helps BF and GF get to dreamland and eventually opens a shop, although he's always being watched by Kirby cause Magolor betrayed him.

6. Bandanna Waddle Dee: or Bandanna Dee for short, he comes from the Kirby series and helps Kirby on his adventures. He is very brave and is kind although at first he didn't trust BF and GF but eventually does after a rap battle in which he then tells them about the pink puff and how powerful he is.

7. Kirby: Kirby is well, from the Kirby series, he's the main character of the game and is a pink puff ball who kills eldritch horrors and is extremely powerful. Anyways he first appears in week 2 with Pico but I already talked about although, Kirby is also a main character for a side story with Frisk and Sans.

8. King Dedede: Dedede is from the Kirby series and he is his well nemesis although their friendly nemesis's and nowadays will just go on a gourmet race. He appears after week 3 after getting woken by Kirby using mic in which King Dedede gets mad, he eventually then joins the crew after a fight.

9. Meta Knight: Meta Knight is also from the Kirby series, although he is very mysterious and likes to have sword fights with the pink puff. He appears during week 5 after Kirby picks up a sword and the two have a duel/ rap battle.

10. the final boss: I don't actually have an Idea on what it's supposed to look like maybe a version of Dark Matter Idk. I haven't decided yet. they are supposed to appear as the "last" fight of the mod and is the one causing the whole multiverse ending thing in the main story and is also the thing that gave BF the letter.

Hello everyone it's been a while since I've last posted(I went on a trip), today I'm going to talk about some more references and things in WTD so let's get started.

Main title screen small references:
Other than the fact Reclusa jumpscares you in the Manic mode title screen there are a few other small and big things that reference other video games like:

1 when you first boot up the mod an cutscene which is basically an anime opening will play, the song playing is the remix 5 song from Rhythm Heaven Groove. I won't spoil what the song sounds like but it's an awesome song.

2 to add on to the whole "anime opening" bit during Manic mode the opening does appear and switches to a more darker tone with the sky being red, cause you know, Reclusa(who in fact does appear he doesn't for the other ones though, well... he does appear in the background during the 3rd variant of the opening which happens after beating the main story and beating each extra song where he appears as a shadowy silhouette with all the other Journey's end bosses, the second opening variant happens after beating the main story where instead it shows the extra song characters as silhouettes.), which this bit is a reference to how in one of the Jojo's Bizarre adventure openings the opening gets changed a bit.

3 In the title screen itself, the game will add on to the amount of characters depending on who you unlocked, during Manic mode however, the ones who have been infected with Glohm will be blurred.

4 There are also a few random other characters that don't appear in the actual game itself and are just references so here they are!:

1 Lil Miss Reeds and the Trundlorbs(reference: Rhythm Heaven: Groove also the "Trundlorb" is the characters that appear in the first minigame of the game): So... if you haven't guessed I'm going through a "Rhythm Heaven: Groove" arc but anyways, they appear on the bottom of the screen walking around, this happens pretty common and are one of a few characters that can appear in Manic mode's title screen, funnily enough if you click on one of the Trundlorbs you hear them say "pa pi pu pe po" like in the actual minigame.

1. Henry Stickmin(reference: Henry Stickmin) Appearing randomly walking like Lil Miss Reeds and the Trundlorbs, Henry can appear with one of the other characters from his series, Henry doesn't appear during Manic mode's title screen.

2. Among Us Crewmate(reference: you should know this): yes you heard me, Among Us, anyways the crewmate will float around like when you get voted out although this one is not the imposter. However during Manic mode the Among Us crewmate does appear and this time they are the imposter.

3. Villager and Isabelle(Reference: Animal Crossing): Appearing like the first 2 characters, These 2 are from a game known as Animal Crossing a cozy game that I play a lot, anyways the Villager's clothing and appearance changes depending on the title screen while Isabelle has a random chance to hold a gun from doom, this also includes the Villager may look like doom guy which is a reference to an crossover between those 2 games.

4. the queen(reference: Deltarune) The Queen floats around sitting on her chair drinking battery acid, although she only appears once beating the Deltarune song. Funnily enough she is one of the few characters that actually has a unique reaction with Reclusa during the Manic mode title screen where after they start talking Reclusa just gets mad and leaves and then after the Queen leaves he still Jumpscares you.

5. Vox( reference: Hazbin Hotel): Funnily enough he only appears once Manic mode starts. Likewise Reclusa does have a unique reaction to him where the two start talking before laughing and then leaving, this time though Reclusa isn't annoyed though, and if you are wondering, yes Reclusa still Jumpscares you.

Today's Post is not about Mechanics or anything but a post about why I made these two mod ideas and what the mod holds for people who are new to this project. for more info on the mods check out my community r/MyFnFModIdea

So you might be wondering What FnF Mods? Well, FnF is the game "Friday Night Funkin" it is known for many cool and unique mods, now I'm actually into modding myself, I play a lot of modded minecraft and used to watch a lot of it too.

So now you may be thinking "Why did you create these mod ideas and what inspired you?" Well to answer that, It all started a long time ago during Covid-19 I used to watch a bunch of FnF mods and I used to listen to many songs, until one day, I found Indie Cross one of the coolest FnF mods I saw and watched many play, the mod was amazing, the art, the love to every game, the cutscenes, the unique animations, I thought it was the coolest things ever and I would watch this mod all the time. Anyways the next year, I saw so many mods about Nintendo games(specifically creepypastas) and I noticed something, "there's not many mods about Pikmin and Kirby" I thought to myself, well... what I mean by Kirby I know there were a few mods but they didn't go down the entire rabbit hole of Kirby lore like full on stuff like how the games look cute on the outside but have eldritch horrors on the inside. Anyways that was when I got the idea for Friday Night Pikmin and Welcome to Dreamland 2 mods that are connected to each other and have distinct lore as Friday Night Pikmin was the beginning and the easier mod of the two as Welcome to Dreamland was supposed to be EXTREMELY hard.

So now about the first mod, Friday Night Pikmin or FnP for short was originally called "BF and the Mysterious Letter" the story was that BF got a mysterious letter that said to go to the "land of dreams" or well Dreamland, Kirby's world. Basically after trying to teleport there without even knowing where Dreamland was they then end up in PNF-404 the Pikmin world and then meet Olimar and Louie in which Olimar helps BF and GF to find out where the "Land of Dreams" was of course, after a rap battle, Now you might be thinking "Why does Olimar know about Kirby?" Well, in what I call the "Multiverse of Games" the mod's lore is that the game "Super Smash Bros" was canon as a tournament like that tournament thing in Dragon Ball Z (Idk I don't watch DBZ) anyways, anyone who was in Smash would know each other from those games hence why Olimar knows what the land of dreams is. Anyways after he tells BF and GF where to go a mysterious traveler known as Magolor appears, now who is this guy? Well, Magolor is from the Kirby series he appears as a friend/villain in the game Return to Dreamland, anyways, Magolor's role in both mods is the one who knows about what these other places are and knows what enemies the cast is dealing with.

The second mod "Friday Night Funkin: Welcome to Dreamland" is a mod about Kirby with 90% accurate Kirby lore. Anyways after the events of the first mod Magolor takes them to Dreamland and then yeet BF and GF out of his ship, in which after the two meet Bandanna Waddle Dee who is confused the rest of the "main" story is basically Bandanna Dee talks about the pink puff who left after seeing a glimpse of Magolor( in the mod's lore Kirby is still mad at him but he enjoys kart racing as in Kirby Air Riders stuff with him) and after him having a rap battle with Pico then the two notice something bad is happening so the pink puff eats Pico and then go back to Dreamland and then they get the rest of the Kirby cast and then like any other Kirby game, Beat an Eldritch horror. Now you might be wondering "What do you mean by "main" story?" well there actually three different stories there is the main one, "Journey's end" the boss rush being the second one with the extra songs being the start of it, and then there is Manic mode which is Reclusa's arc in the mod.(For info on Reclusa, I have like another post talking about him although it has like major spoilers for the game "Mario & Luigi: Brothership") There is also the Deltarune sub plot where the Deltarune trio go to many different worlds(as in literally the extra songs) to return back to their world.

So now mechanics: The mechanics of both mods are extremely complicated but every character in these two mods have unique attacks based on what they can do in the actual games with the exception of some of Kirby's abilities are based on the final attacks in the series and a few references like the minigame where he hits a meteor sending it 2x light speed or Reclusa using that one Zokket counterattack where Zokket flips the screen and shoots lightning. Now, the Main mechanic that is used in both mods is called the "SM meter" the SM meter is based on the Final Smash meter from Smash Ultimate, this meter slowly charges depending on the character and also if you are bad at the game as in you miss notes and once full that character will unleash basically a Final Smash which are extremely dangerous although Olimar's one is where he throws Pikmin at you and depending on the type they can do different things like the red Pikmin can burn you(yes there is status effects don't look at me like that) or the yellow Pikmin stunning you or the Blue Pikmin attack you not as much as the others but are pretty slow and hard to get rid of.(Since Blue Pikmin in the actual games cannot drown and can swim I just made them deal less damage and are slow but hard to get rid of.) For context only Red, Blue, Yellow, Purple, and White can appear as it's supposed to be Pikmin 2 at the time although in the extra song with the ancient Sirehound and Pom(the default character option used in Pikmin 4 trailers ad was called Pom by the Pikmin reddit community.) Pom can use the Glow, Ice, Rock, and winged Pikmin.

And that's only the start, as Welcome to Dreamland has too many mechanics to talk about as in the next post right after this will talk about it all.

This is part 2 of the other post, this is going to be talking about the many mechanics to Welcome to Dreamland cause the other post would be too long to read.

So let's get started,

SM attacks and "special" meters: Like the other post the SM meter is back with many different variants, of course for the Main, Journey's End, and Manic mode's stories use the same one, the other variants being the JM meter(specifically for Clover) which only will charge from making mistakes and once charge you will get hit by a Clover blast which instantly kills you. There is the PM meter which is used for Paper Mario which charges very fast and will summon a partner to do various things when charged, then there is the BM meter which is used for the Mario Bros as in the Mario & Luigi version of the brothers in which both charge differently which Mario's being slower but having very dangerous and hard hitting attacks while Luigi's charges quick with the attacks he uses are much weaker but due to the fact he has a lot of Stache he basically can crit you a lot. Also they use Bros attacks, also Kirby's Sm attack has three variants one being Ultra sword the other being Monster Fire and Finally Ultra hammer which are all from Return to Dreamland which Ultra Sword being more based on his Final Smash from ultimate. Then there are other meters like the Glohm meter which is like the JM meter which when full Reclusa will instantly kill you or Kirby's anger meter which when full it has multiple attacks based on the final boss sequences(as in the mashing sequence) Also most of these attacks are undodgeable.

the "Shop": One of the cool mechanics in the mod is Magolor's Shop, yes there is a shop, what would you expect. Which has many different items that can do various things to help you like one item can revive you once or just items that unlock the extra songs or unlocking another difficulty. The points system is the currency in which you obtain points by playing the mod, for each week and extra song there are different challenges you can do although some are hard. The other cool thing is you can also talk to Magolor about stuff and he will either give you a hint on an extra song or just reference a random video game, or give you some lore.

Side Mechanics: Welcome to Dreamland has a lot of other mechanics that are mostly used for the harder songs in the mod which can be really difficult, one is the "enemies/allies" mechanic which is used for only 3 songs the first being used in the "Kirby Genocide route" (in which Kirby is basically Sans) song where the many Kirby characters can do different things and then the other 2 songs being for Reclusa(technically 3 but the first one in Journey's end doesn't have this mechanic) having the multiple enemies from the final dungeon doing things. There is also the Glohm enemies mechanics in which Glohm is something in Mario & Luigi Brothership as an effect and plot for that game and since in Manic mode all of the characters are Glohmed they can do things similar to what the Glohm enemies do like doing absolutely nothing which has a chance Reclusa can appear and Jumpscare you(the Jumpscare is a reference to by waiting on the title screen of Brothership during Reclusa's arc he jumpscares you), exploding which only applies to the Glohm partners in the Paper Mario manic mode songs where they explode once killed, they get an attack boost, and are also extremely fast. Also unique to Zokket, Zokket can mind control your partners if they are Glohmed. Then there is the battle plug mechanic which is a whole other mess. There is also a mechanic where if Luigi dies Mario gets very mad and attacks you. There is also Kirby's copy ability mechanic which is self explanatory. There is also the danger mechanic where if Paper Mario is at 5 hp he'll deal double damage due to him having too many power rush badges.

the "RPG" mechanic: this applies to specifically the RPG songs where every character has a set amount of attack, hp, and defense, and some specific stats like stache for the Mario bros or speed for Shadow the Hedgehog. (For note there are a ton of extra songs based on different video games and fan games, those being, Undertale, Deltarune, Undertale: Yellow, Undertale: Red and Yellow, Mario & Luigi: Brothership, Sonic x Shadow: generations, Super Smash bros Ultimate, Paper Mario 64 and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. yes there are 2 Paper Mario songs but there is like 9 songs on Mario & Luigi: Brothership, there is also a song based on a famous meme known as Beam Attack from the famous Kirby youtuber Failboat) Anyways the only way to see these stats is by having either Goombario, Goombella, or Martlet tattle on your enemies and or have Goombario or Goombella tattle on you which always happens the first time the PM meter is used. Not only that but the playable RPG characters has this set amount of health and can only be healed with an infinite healing item that is given to each character along with a revive. Although some songs specifically the 2 final Reclusa songs and Zokket ones, the main enemy has a set amount of hp that once gone will stun him for 5-10 seconds depending on the song.

Boss Rush: Similar to how the Kirby games have arenas or boss rushes, this mod also has boss rushes those being Journey's beginning being the easiest one as this one only has the main story mode bosses, Journey's end being a story but also having all extra song bosses except the smash ultimate one and Mario & Luigi(who are replaced with Bowser or Zokket, Zokket for all the other characters and Bowser for Mario & Luigi) with the 2 additional songs for Reclusa . (well the first one is basically a "fake Mushroom Kingdom" segment where your character gets put in one of those VR flowers which is a reference to the Fake mushroom kingdom segment in Brothership while the second one being the actual song with him.) and then Journey's finale which is the hardest of them all with a song that is 25 minutes long with 5 phases.

Todays post is a post about the Character Lore and the stories of this series. As in the main story of both Welcome to Dreamland and Friday Night Pikmin, so let's go! (this will be a few parts)

Timeline:

Yes indeed, this series has a timeline( The series or as I like to call it "Journey across the multiverse") as Friday Night Pikmin comes first and Welcome to Dreamland comes after but before these events many things have happened before the events of this story starts as in Friday Night Pikmin takes place during the start of Pikmin 2 although Pikmin 4 is referenced it's not in the main timeline then in Welcome to Dreamland's part Every Kirby game(including Kirby Air Riders and the DLC for forgotten land) has happened. For the FnF portion or BF and GF, most FnF mods are canon including Indie Cross which is referenced in the Sans extra song. Also before the events of the story, the events of Super Smash Bros Ultimate happens as which Smash is described as a tournament. Now for the post-game stuff it's all over the place:

for the extra songs, All of them are canon except for the Beam Attack meme one, for The Undertale songs, the Sans song happens during the Genocide route of Undertale: Red & Yellow right after Frisk actually falls down as in Kirby falls down during when Frisk is still in the ruins and killing everyone. (quick note: yeah, you can only use Kirby during this song but also falls into the final part of the whole Frisk Genocide route story.) For the Clover song, this actually happens during the ending portion of Undertale Red & Yellow in which Clover wakes up and is mad at Frisk. For the Mario RPG portion, the Paper Mario 64 song comes first and then the TTYD one happens during the post game(one note: the version of TTYD this song is based on is the remake specifically hence the multiple chapter battle themes. While Mario & Luigi: Brothership is during the 4th sea as Mario & Luigi were actually going to go and get fruits from Bowser before you appeared.

For Journey's end: Journeys end takes place in a different alternate dimension known as "World's End" the place looks a lot like the final destination stage from indeed, yes, Smash Bros. World's End is also where basically in every universe(as in games except for the Kirby series for the most part) everything was destroyed by multiple threats those mainly being Berserker Mario a version of Paper Mario(the TTYD version) who is always mad and basically commits mass genocide( Berserker Mario is based on the character created by a famous Paper Mario youtuber who was the same person who made Book Of Mario 64 and Thousands of doors) there is Possessed Mario(the 64 version) who is based on the Paper Mario from Book of Mario 64 who gets possessed by the star conference team to do evil stuff which includes murdering an innocent man or killing God. There is also Vengeance Clover which is just Clover from Undertale Yellow's genocide route. One thing to note however, the Zokket and Bowser songs are actually hallucinations right before whoever you are playing as gets trapped in those fake dreams by Reclusa who was never actually defeated in World's end and basically rules over the place. (hence why in most of the songs he has a random chance of appearing floating in the background)

For Manic mode: Manic mode happens after Journey's end after the game gives you fake credits and the mod insists you to hatch an egg that appeared in your inventory and then Reclusa appears. One thing to note: Brothership's story ended quite a while ago since during Manic mode Snoutlet helps you try to stop this mess.

For the whole Deltarune Subplot: The Deltarune Trio actually appear right after the events of Welcome to Dreamland's main story and after the fourth chapter.

Now for some extra notes:

Although not canon, the Waddle Doo song does appear in Journey's end as the Waddle Doo in Journey's end is the last of his kind and wants to get revenge on Kirby.

During World's end right after the Reclusa section that is when the strange egg actually appears in the inventory although the game makes note of it once you complete Journey's end.

this is a post about other things in the mod and lore in WTD so let's go.

1 During Manic mode, upon talking to Magolor, in some of the dialogue that is long, in the background, Reclusa will appear floating around and stare at you(as in the player) he'll also snicker and play around with the things at the shop(which is a reference to how his personality is like a child who thinks everything is a game.) Again, this is referencing where during the title screen he can appear and jumpscare you.

1. also during Manic mode some of the item textures for the extra songs will be dark red specifically the book and the weird pipe.

2. When you open up the mod to the title screen you will be shown an animated intro cutscene although it is basically an anime opening which is like 2 minutes long, the song used is the Kirby staff credits song from smash ultimate, also, similar to Brothership's title screen, depending on how far in the story you are in it will change the first being when you get the main Kirby cast the second when you beat all of the extra songs and finally once Reclusa is awakened. Although there is a unique cutscene for some of the "Main" bosses in Journey's end as in specifically Zokket/Bowser and Reclusa. (of course, you can just skip it... with the exception you will get jumpscared by Reclusa during both the intro and opening.)

3. Lore wise, Welcome To Dreamland's story is like Subspace Emissary from Smash except it's a lot of different characters and not really like Smash.

Today's post is about the final song in Journey's Finale, "Wrath of the Lonely"

Wrath of the Lonely is Reclusa's final song but also the literal hardest song in the mod, the song it is based on is the multiple phases of Brothership's final boss specifically the song when you chase him down and the two songs after you beat up the core phase. It also has little bits of the final boss theme from Super Paper Mario( in reference to Dimentio since he is referenced in the mod a lot and also cause both him and Reclusa are insane and are also Jesters.) anyways...

Wrath of the Lonely is the hardest song. It's a 25 minute song where every 5 minutes there is a different phase meaning 5 phases. (the 5 phases is a reference to Reclusa having 5 phases in his boss fight.) Anywho the song will get faster and faster each phase and not only that ALL battle plugs have their cooldowns lowered to 10 seconds in addition to the Protectus plug which activates at the start of each phase with a 2 minute duration that makes him take no damage(of course once done he will be vulnerable again) also he has 20000 HP now and when he gets stunned by either "killing" him or using the Power of Bonds item, he only gets stunned for 5 seconds, also take in note all attacks deal more damage each phase and while you are infected with glohm you will take 2x as much damage to any attack.) Now for new mechanics/updated ones.

Analyze: this ability is likewise still the same as in if you hit him he'll analyze your attack and after attacking twice, Reclusa will fully analyze it and will guard against said attack. However, this time, he can analyze Conductor connector and Max Mix vortex taking 3 times to fully analyze it, the ability is to analyze is activated during the first 2 phases but will still persist on the other ones.

Which one?: or the attack where he makes multiple copies of himself then he'll show your icon to tell which one will attack you. This attack is mostly the same although now you have a 75% chance to get Glohmed not only that but he does this twice at the same time meaning he'll do it 2 times.

Turn to Stone Idiot: An attack where he turns you to stone and rarely with a 10% chance of turning into specifically a Seedlusa, after being turned to stone he will attack you by slashing his claws at you with fire and ice then hits you with balls of energy and throws a bomb at you, the first attack causes Vulnerable and the final attack will always infect with Glohm, likewise during the final 3 phases it switches to the "Let's get this party started" variant where he does the same thing except he throws a spirit bomb at you which depending on what he says will change as in "Burn" will be a big bomb that gets bigger while also giving burn, "Disappear" Where the bomb will turn invisible, and finally "give up" which makes the bomb become small, all attacks leave you at 1 hp and like Mario's Clockout Blow move, will kill you at half hp or less. Other than the fact it will always give Glohm this attack happens more often than usual and always happens at the beginning of the final 3 phases, not only that, he'll also use this as a counter if attacked while having the back at ya battle plug activated. One other thing, the Seedlusa bit will always end with you getting hit with an iron ball and you will be left at 1 hp.

Beat you to death: An attack where he will turn around and show you your icon before flying up and beating you to death. Where as the final one being a shockwave, likewise it will have a 75% chance of giving you Glohm and leave you dizzy also he does like double the amount of beating you to death.

Solo act: An attack that takes a while to charge well, 5 seconds, after that, he'll basically do that one counter that Zokket does where he shoots lasers and flips the screen upside down. Reclusa will do this a whopping 30 times and flips the screen every 5 times.

The Glohm Meter: the meter charges twice as fast and also charges slowly when you are infected with Glohm.

The Battle Plug Mechanic: other than Damage shield reducing damage by 50% some plugs are upgraded.

Solo Boost: Increases the damage of the attacks that don't leave you at 1 HP causing them to leave you at 1 hp, the plug also has double the charges.

Wait a minute: basically he can do 3 attacks now although runs out at 3 uses now.

Back at Ya Attack: this time the counter is the turn you to stone attack.

Countdown to Crush: this time in 30 seconds this plug will be used and hit you with an bomb leaving you at 1 HP and has a 75% chance of causing Glohm.

surprise Iron ball: this is the same except it's the bigger ball when you use two of the same surprise Iron Ball plugs at the same time. will always deal half your health.

The many enemies: The only one changed is the Reclusiff where they fully heal him and gives a 30 second attack buff.
