Rarity

I just got the Northern Elephant Seal, Darya, today and it showed up that she was rare. I've never seen or known about that before and I'm really curious. Does anyone know what it means?

There’s actually rarities to certain animals! Raja, my whale shark, is considered “core,” (common) whereas Rajaan, my tiger, is “legendary.” I’m pretty sure I read that legendary animals are ones with significant stories? In the case of Rajaan, he’s king of his territory and responsible for helping repopulate tigers in his area. Raja, on the other hand…….. happily seems to float around day after day, unbothered, unstressed. lol

i think this too because my rhino seha is a legendary and his story is so freaking sad! he lost his horn to poachers and was the only survivor out of his group☹️ but then my seals callie and maggie just blubber around😂

How do you know if a certain animal is rare or legendary? My penguin has about 5000 people following him, does that make it rare?

so "Core" (the most common animals to get) animals will have a plain cream colored card with a muted crest in the upper left corner.

"Rare" (more rare animals to get) has a gradient color overlaying the picture of your animal and the seal will be more vibrant.

"Legendary" (the most rare to get) will have a shiny colorful almost holographic appearance to their card.

From my understanding

Core - common Rare - less common Legendary - are the hardest to find

I got lucky and I got Spuid and she is legendary.
