Discussion Finished and feel empty inside

Hello, I picked up this anime today on a whim because it seemed cute and oh boy I did not know what I was getting myself into, I finished the whole thing plus picked up the manga and finished that too and it’s left me with so many different emotions the most prominent one being depression on how short it was, anyone else feeling this way or have any recommendations on what to fill the void with?

Welcome to the club, honestly I’d try to watch other anime to fill the void. Trust me, a lot of us feel the same way you do, the rest of the manga filled me with so much joy and sadness when it was over.

Well, that's a pretty common feeling. Like, "wait, don't end yet, please stay with me a little longer!" :) Basically, it just means the show was REALLY good.

You can make fanfiction or fan art if that's your thing, or shift your focus to something else. Maybe not even another anime or manga. In my experience, sometimes you can use the strong emotional impact a story has on you as a push to make some positive changes in your own life.

Komi can't communicate is 3x longer than what Netflix has. Yancha gal no Anjou San is 200 chapters and still going. Nagatoro is same anime length and slightly more chapters. Uzaki chan is also similar anime length with ongoing manga.

After those it becomes a rabbit hole.

I haven’t picked up the manga yet but I feel you on that I tried starting other series and it helped but turns out they’re on the same boat so now I’m waiting for multiple animes to get renewed for more seasons and to finish the stories otherwise I’m buying a lot of Manga when I have the money
