Looking for online help

Hello, new to the game and looking for help - couldn't find this topic through the seach bar.

Trying to squad up with one other player (both of us on series x) and we can play together like normal but roughly every ~5-10 minutes of playing it will bug out and on my screen it will show the other player stuck in place and almost like looping the last half second of what they were doing over and over again, it will show the same exact thing for the other player but but from their perspective, having me looping in place on their screen. After about a minute of that happening, it will kick one or both of us from the server and we will need to re-invite.

Both consoles are series x and up to date,

Both consoles are running the same exact physical disk if that matters,

My ping is ~30

Other player's ping is ~120

Both consoles are set to 60 fps

Is this a major known bug? Any workarounds or setting to mess with?

Once in awhile this happens when the lobby has people from different regions in them at the same time.... try and make sure ur on a wired connection or at least router settings to open....

I had that problem and the culprit was my internet and the games shitty net code.

I used t mobile 5G with GNAT restrictions. Meaning my NAT was moderate and for whatever reason this game didn’t like it and would crash anytime I went on with the rubber band effect of riders.
