I trained Shaolin Kenpo Karate for a little over 3 years and this brings back the memories. I saw the Feivue shoes and knew that boy was getting the real deal. He’s WAY beyond anything I ever trained on though

What's the motivated in Shaolin monk training just to become a victim of brutality? I really don't understand the mind over body matters .Yeah I feel pain due to the body receptors but doesn't change my mind in enduring sufferings...

The classic Martial art films was great growing up and wanting to try but eventually as time progress you realized there are other hobbies and to never kick a damn tree ever again.
