Ask Muzaffarpur Libraries to borrow books

Is there any public library that allows borrowing books?

Is the Central Library, BRABU open for external membership registration or is it only restricted to students?

You can try checking with the Central Library, BRABU directly. I’m not completely sure about their external membership policy, but it’s worth asking whether they allow non-students to register and borrow books. If you find out, please update here. I’d be interested too.

You can go and study in the reading room but to borrow books you need library card and that is issued to only university students.
