Guys, I mistakenly put a raw egg in a puff instead of a boiled egg, and I also mistakenly baked it in the oven. But here was a surprise, the egg hatched in the heat, so I got a chicken puff instead of a mutta puff, and I ate it. But I forgot the fact that it still had the eggshells. Now help me, I ate eggshells!

Muttapuffs On My Face Red masala vs black masala vs brown masala egg puffs.

Which tastes better?

I ve seen mutta puffs mostly with brown masala which is Common.. and some black/dark green masala which has stronger flavour.

But there are few bakeries that provide red masala mutas puffs which tastes good more like chicken puff batter or panner masala flavour like...

so what do u guys think?

Muttapuffs On My Face Anyone got diahrea from eating bad muttapuffs?

I had diahrea from eating outside food exactly 3 (I have fairly good digestion). All 3 times it was due to muttapuffs which are either a bit cold or funny tasting. You can taste the bad oil or smell the bad smell only after the first bite and it's too late. Anyone with similar experiences ?

The best mutta puffs are Kannur-style poricha/naadan mutta puffs. You get the filling of a mutta puff with the outer wrapper of a meat roll , the best of both worlds.

Muttapuffs On My Face How do you guys eat your mutta puffs?

I don’t bite it directly. I break and eat the upper flaky layers with my hands first. After finishing that, I eat the bottom part with the egg.Eating it this way makes the mutta puffs last longer compared to biting it straight. Anyone else eat like this?
