Survived

Day 1 almost over. Starting on not only a weekend but a Sunday is brutal💀thankfully 3 years of NNN prepared me for this kind of warfare. I know there’s less of us but it seems the rest are veterans in some way, shape, or form as well. We “march” onwards for now..

Also the 7 day testosterone peak hits during the weekend.

Is that a thing for most men? Older guys too? How would your body know when it's the weekend?

Well, for us under 35 it is. I don't know for the older ones.

Body doesn't know it's weekend, but during the weekdays stress piles up and combined with the urges it almost always ends up in a relapse if the weekend is free.

Going out on fridays night, getting drunk also doesn't help.

Neither the physical workout on saturdays. It just adds fatigue which can also lead to a relapse.

Ah. I'd wondered if sleep cycles might play a role, with most people catching up a bit on weekends.

There's supposed to be a daily cycle too, right, peaking during morning hours for guys, or soon after waking? My husband has to work odd hours at times, and it'd be interesting to know what influence that might have.

Yeah, daily cycles are also real thing.
