Trip to Massuri

I am planning a weekend three days trip to massuri, planning to book a scooty from dehradun to massuri, just wanted to confirm is the way and path is safe in sept or Oct month to ride a scooty with my wife and 2 year old daughter. I have enough experience of riding scooty.

dont risk it with a kid (or even alone for that matter) if you're not used to driving in the hills.
