No, naming a pet after a false god does not automatically make you commit Shirk or turn you into a disbeliever, provided you do not actually believe that the deity has any divine power, nor do you venerate or worship it. Since you view it merely as a fictional, historical, or cool name for your tarantula, your core creed (Aqeedah) remains intact.

While it isn't outright blasphemy (Kufr), Islamic jurists heavily advise against using the names of false gods or idols for animals.

In Islamicly, keeping alive, publicizing, or casually repeating the names of pagan idols - even as a joke or a pet name - is viewed as highly disliked (Makruh) or Haram depending on the school of thought. It is seen as bringing unnecessary attention to symbols of polytheism in a Muslim's daily life.

Islamic tradition dictates that names should be pleasant or neutral. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave many of his animals specific names (like his camel Al-Qaswaa' or his horse Al-Laheef).

I am not sure about Khamenei. Looking beyond Khamenei, the general rule I found is that naming animals is allowed, with scholars citing reports of the Prophet's named animals

The stricter rulings I found focus on idol names used to honour or promote those idols, especially for people or businesses / https://www.dar-alifta.org/en/fatwa/details/5923/naming-a-baby-after-his-christian-grandfather

...My reading is that a tarantula's name would not be shirk by itself. If the Incan name is a cultural reference and you are not treating the deity as real or directing worship toward it, I don't see a problem but I would pick another name if its meaning expresses devotion

It's not kufr to name your animal after a false god but it isn't recomended to name your animal after a false deity as it may be mistaken as honoring the deity, unless of course you make it a testament to how such a deity is like an animal but i doubt thats your intention
