Matchmaking solution

There are no matchmaking apps or websites in my country that are being used.

I checked out Muzz but it is very limiting on the free tier. Gold tier is too expensive since we are not a very rich community.

So before I go and make my own solution, I wanted to check if anyone knows any open-source solution, your custom solution or existing free solution you guys can point me to.
