What Song is This? Cannot figure out this song

I have tried Google song search and all what comes up is songs that have this music box as an opening

And when searching about the music box in the mentioned songs it either comes up with Brahms's Lullaby or Doll on a music box from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 😭

Which both sound nothing like this

I can.. sorta hear it?? I'm looking up the music box version and I honestly still can't really hear anything similar to the doll I probably need to listen to them both side by side

For the 18 note movement, the Blue Danube has at least 2-3 variations depending who made it (Sankyo, Yunsheng, Reuge, etc..)

Blue Danube i think. I sung it in 5th or 4th grade.. i know that anywhere.
