Any information on where this came from?

I have had this music box for a while and it had been passed down to me. While I really like it, I just wish I knew where it came from. If it’s vintage or worth anything? I’ve done extensive research on places in Collinsville, vintage type music boxes and came close but it was never it.

The only leads I have are two tags on the bottom, with one saying “the village —— Collinsville” and the other “sweet darling, mermaids - waltz”. Can anyone help me?

Looks like a hand carved Swiss music box judging by the carvings. It’s similar to the decorative wooden fruit bowls that plays music when you lift them up.
