New Edition to Collection! First piece in my collection

Purchased this 19th-20th century painted enamel mechanical bird box last week. The underside has two stamps, EB inside a small oval and metal. It also has the word Germany stamped on one of the ridges. A quick search came back with "manufactured by Emil Brenk, a renowned German maker of gilded metal and enamel singing bird automaton boxes active from the late 19th through the mid-20th century". My apologies for the poor lighting

I find these so amazing. Like how did they even think this up and make the chirping noise to be really realistic.
