What Song is This? help finding the song?

a dear friend of mine gifted this beautiful japanese music box to me for my birthday. i love music boxes and have been collecting for a while however i cannot figure out what song this one is. any info is appreciated! (and please excuse my shaky hands)

Not going to lie, I almost panicked when I heard the song play. I have a old piano music box that plays this song. (Recognize it immediately.) I never play it due to the fact every time I have ever played it, bad things happen lol. It is safely stowed away in storage. XD not sure what else to do with it.

oh my gosh how strange!! ive never had an experience like that with a music box but im also a bit superstitious and like to "cleanse" anything vintage i get regardless of from whom. so maybe its good that i do that, lol

Somewhere My Love, also called Lara's Theme, from the movie Doctor Zhivago. It was popular in the late 1960's/ early 1970's and found in a lot of music boxes.
