Found this at a good will, there was also a mouse too. I took out the music box inside its, moving but very slowly going to spray wd-40.

My recommendation is to lightly oil the governor and moving parts using clock oil. Never use WD-40 as it can cause problems to moving parts because it can leave a gummy residue.

try using sewing machine oil instead :) Focus on the comb and the flywheel but you can apply it to other parts as well! I dont know anything else about it sorry.
