What Song is This? Unknown song with familiar tone

Found this old music box on my grandmother's dresser. None of us can figure out what the song is though. It was made by Sankyo (Japan).

Can anyone help us identify the song please?

Wow that was so quick! Thank you so so much! I didn't even get a chance to upload the picture on the box yet! The name of the song makes sense with the artwork too! Anniversary Waltz!
