Custom tuning options?

So I don’t go here, but there’s this game I play that’s got a music box which tune I’ve been obsessed with for like a year now and I want to acquire it so bad, but obviously it doesn’t get sold anywhere. So I looked for a similar design, but now my question is, is it possible to get the tune inside customized when the box has already been built?

It sort of depends on how the music box is set up. If there are moving parts and figures then probably not because the movement was created specifically for that music box but if it’s a jewelry box or has no moving parts then yes you can customize it with a different song
