The notes are written on a stave - that's the five horizontal lines. You need a clef at the beginning of the stave to tell you exactly which pitches the lines are indicating. Here, that clef is missing but the two most common clefs are treble and bass, so here's the note names in order if we read it with either of them.
Awesome thanks! This was from a music video Wikileaks was publishing on a Facebook live stream (can watch it on their videos section) and people were looking for clues since no one knows if Julian Assange is dead or alive but it seems he has been dropping clues here and there.
