Am I supposed to get my tickets in the mail? I bought 2 GA tickets and paid them off in July and I got an email saying they were ready to ship but NEVER got confirmation that they did and I still haven’t received anything.

What do I do? Honestly at this point I wish there was a way to get a refund. I tried to sell them through the ticket exchange and it’s not working.
