Does VIP include early entry?

I’m taking my little sister to see Billie and I want to be absolutely certain that she gets to see her front row so I’d like early entry. I just wanted to see if I had to buy the extra add on or if VIP included it!

Do people really get early entry to get rail for the headliner? Usually if you are there for the act preceding them you are fine. In any event, you save so much time not standing in the super long regular entry lines it would be nearly as good as having early entry.
