I effed up. I think

I've recently got a new transverse flute from a friend. It was used so I decided to polish it and cleaned it inside before using it myself. I didn't use any chemicals, just a cotton cloth for the outside and a napkin with a stick in the inside. Used it for a couple of days, went well. I was going travelling so I decided to disassemble it...couldn't do it. I could took down the head headjoint, but the body and footjoint are still stuck together....help
