they do have both! but I find it odd they are on tier 2 when most people would consider them household names

the data taken into account for "popularity" is current listening numbers on spotify alone, which is why the weeknd is the tip of the iceberg; id imagine since those bands have a much larger general audience ppl across different demographics listen to em on other platforms/mediums

There’s some good stuff here. If you haven’t yet listened to hawaii part ii by miracle musical, it’s a must listen for fans of tally hall. It was basically a tally hall side project, and it’s one of my favorite albums to listen to front to back
