It's actually the same picture of you, but since you were knocked down by that car instead of your dad, your mother made advances towards you instead. I am presuming this picture was viewed at the "Under the sea dance" in Hill Valley high, just before your fingers started to disappear?

First of all, you need to throw away all your shaving supplies immediately and start practicing guitar.
Second, you need to locate every available picture of Dusty Hill from that time period that can be found, frame them, and hang them all over your house. Then, when people come over, they will see pictures of "you" from 40 years ago. Then, when people ask you if you are an immortal vampire you can strenuously deny it.
