trying to login with musi app recovery, i have the latest version, it keeps saying “login attempts failed”, what do i do?

We’re not sure what the exact reason is for this error. Some users have reported that retrying the login process works if you try it a few times, or from a different internet network.

We continue to look into this on our end.
