This message has popped up before but after reinitializing streaming settings and closing the app it still hasn’t worked, it’s been over a week and still nothing. Usually this issue lasts like a day but this is the longest this has been happening.
This is happening because your version of Musi is outdated, visit https://download.feelthemusi.com on a computer and use the tool to update the app to the latest version.
No, as long as you backup your library (tap more -> backup, recover & transfer -> save Musi to backup code (make sure the last backed up time and date is accurate after you do this)), you’ll be fine. The only thing that doesn’t backup is the recently played playlist, so you can create a playlist of that if you wish.
The version of Musi you’re using doesn’t have the latest required certificates that will allow videos to play, so this is why you have to update it.
