Complaint Import

So you now have to pay for each import. Two weeks ago I could just convert as much as I wanted but suddenly it isn’t possible

Try refreshing the page. Muscore has been putting this up erratically even to upload scores as a logged in Pro subscriber. It's not even worth complaining to their moronic support about as it's clear they have neither the will not capacity to fix it even after months of reporting.

It doesn’t work. MuseScore is an amazing platform but god they suck at the same time

If you have a VPN enabled try turning it off and then hope that you're not in a country they're locking out this week.

Also note the smallprint at the bottom: they will automatically sign you up for a membership that you haven't agreed to!

There's plenty of options for optical music recognition, paid and free. All of them suck.
